Hi. Just wanted to ask a bit personal question. Based on BMI I'm underweight (my whole life) but to me I'm not underweight, I know it's pretty flawed formula (I guess nobody came up with a better one or they just don't want to rock the boat) . Anyway to me you look perfectly lean with awesome muscle tone but I'm just curious if based on BMI are you considered underweight? I'm just curious but of course you don't have to answer this question... By the way I do this exercise 3-5x a week as a finishing routine. Thank you 💜

You’re welcome! I am not underweight according to BMI:) BMI is certainly not my favorite way to assess anything as muscle makes a big difference. Knowing your lean body mass is a better indicator.

Hello doctor...I was recently diagnosed with lipodema....and as everyone knows, it's a great struggle to lose weight with lipodema...Can you please suggest some exercises for patients like me?

Unfortunately, even losing weight doesn’t mean you will lose the fat in the areas it’s building up. I have seen some support for compression therapy and manual lymphatic drainage.

The poor alignment of the front leg knee in lunges says it all about this workout. Good for injuries.
