What is up my babies! Today I'm giving you a look inside one of my most painful conditioning workouts. The first round is for you to follow along with so feel free to do so!
This conditioning workout consist of four rounds of 30 seconds on 10 seconds off for 4 rounds. 1 min rest in between. Try this one out and let me know how you handled it.
