I’ve tried other fitness guides, and I just keep coming back to you Kit. Thank you for the spirit of goodness, peace and authenticity you’ve chosen to cultivate. I am starting to discern more and I feel this so rarely now. In other channels or social media I find many other types of energy. The sincerity and purity of the one you offer is so rare. Thank you for who you are, and the stillness and subtle humor you offer. PS I hope your movie carries similar light and I look forward to seeing it!

i love how Kit is so calm in her words and energy and the fact that her workouts are SO effective. its the proof that you dont have to jump and be super intense during an hour to see some results !

Holy smokes... Abs... fire. This was great, thought it might be a bit slow for me on preview, but doing it it was a real burner. Awesome challenge. Humbling on my ab strength for sure. It is slower compared to a couple others this week, but very much an ab burner here where any level will be challenged. I’m only sad that this is the end of this challenge - it’s been great to have daily videos from you Kit, as it meant each day I would wake up, see what you had in store for us, and hit play and (as you say, “Don’t think, just Do!”) so didn’t need to think about what workout I would do each day. Really appreciate it Kit. Hope there is more coming really soon. I love the full body 30-40min fusions, love having the cardio scattered into each routine, so Would love to see some more like that again as well. And of course including ab burns in any is always my preference. 😉 If I was going to ask for anything specific to consider for any new workouts, it would be similar, but maybe ending in a more cardio focused move... I love to end a workout pushing myself with my HR before i cooldown and stretch, but that’s a personal preference of mine. Thanks Kit. 💓

As many people have already said, these workouts have been my focus and comfort during lockdown. You are incredible, so inspiring and motivating. Always giving options and always changing things up which keeps my interest. I have been working out for years and so sometimes struggle to find the motivation to keep going, but you have given that to me! I am really hoping that you will continue these live workouts after lockdown restrictions have eased! Huge love for you and your adorable family x

This was what I needed today as I was a bit burnt out this week. Mainly ab focused in this routine. This is a lot slower than the revive series and a lot of the other routines here. Not quite as much cardio added into this one, so great for anyone wanting low impact. Still a great ab burn as you would expect 😉. Focused on obliques more so in this one which was nice for a change. Good for a lighter day 180
