i legitimately did not feel the sweat until the first half of the workout but the pain in my glutes had me dead. that's truly a good effective workout right there.

Im 17 and an elite gymnast but I've been needing to take a break from my trainings and high intense workouts cause of an eating disorder that Im still fighting with but your workouts are perfect for me, especially the more challenging ones. They help me not loosing my balance, strength or flexibility but isn't tooo intense. thank you Nicole

Ebba, I am a former college gymnast and went through some of the same issues. Hang in there and keep doing what is healthy for you because YOU are 100 percent wonderfully made and worth the effort!. being Kind to yourself is learning a new skill. I am now 58 , a Physical Therapist, and Mom of 7 kids and I Love Nicoles work outs too. You cannot take the gymnast out of me They are such hard work but kind to my body . sending my encouragement and Love to you.

Wow, Nicole! When I started your workouts 6 months ago, I couldn’t even finish a 30 minute class (without dumbbells). Now, I just finished this one following your exact tempo, and I don’t remember when was the last time I needed to pause any video for a break. Just when I was looking through your older videos the notification popped up! This class was truly amazing Nicole, just the right amount of sweat in these heatwaves we're having ❤ Also, I am extremely grateful that your classes aren't repetitive! Currently 9 weeks pregnant and the hormones have kicked in with extreme exhaustion. I used to bodybuild, and I am also a dancer, but being able to utilize these exercises used to warm me up before my shows on tour as well. Very grateful that they even strengthen me during pregnancy and eventually motherhood ❤

This is the second class of yours that I've done since I got covid. I had to take two weeks off, and before that I would have religiously have done your weekly playlists. From the two weeks out, it will really showed me how much I benefit from your classes. My flexibility/mobility was just not the same. Things hurt more than I had come used to. I can already feel my body returning to it's former state. It's also wonderful that I'm not happy for the aesthetics of it, I'm happy to be returning to my state of movement, which is huge for me. Liadh, I hope you are fully recovered! I so hear you...I broke my big toe a month ago then got covid days later so haven't been able to do Nicole's workouts until this week...and WOW, I was the same! Could not believe what detriment those weeks of forced inactivity did to my previous flexibility and strength! Glad to be back. And congrats to Nicole for 1M subscribers!!!

I'm a mom of 3 and my youngest is 5. This last go around it has been so incredibly difficult to get into any sort of shape/shed unwanted pounds and get back to my old self .... or hopefully, a new and improved self! This class was amazing. I just stated doing your classes 4 months ago. I have been injured by the Covid "V" and have had some major health issues but trying to keep my body strong by doing low impact classes. Your classes are challenging enough but also low impact which is perfect for my body right now! Thank You!

This one was brutal! After 2 operations, 2 year of nearly deadly autoimmune illness that turn all my muscles into a mush - learning all from start. I lifted weights whole my life and prior these 2 yrs fit as a teenager [43 now]. I love your lessons as they tackle deep core muscles that help me recover from the basics. And actually helped me to shed the stubborn fat caused by medicine I never had.

Absolutely unbelievable! Feel so so good after such an effective 30m workout! I honestly think you're one of the only pilates instructors on KZbin who actually works upper body with targeted movements rather than just being in a plank for example. Love it love it !

Hi Nicole, I have been loving using your videos for over 4 years now and I've only recently begun the ones with weights, which are great for me as I'm now 43! I can only ever find 20 minutes for myself in the mornings though. Would love some shorter pilates videos with weights if at all possible. Thank you for all you do. I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months and I love them! I've always been a hard core cardio and weights junkie but due to inflammation I've had to stop. Always thought pilates wouldn't meet my needs but this really does! Long and lean without out painful joints is awesome!!

I've been doing your pilates videos 3 x a week for a year and a half now. Haven't come across this video before but I absolutely loved it! I incorporated a resistance band when doing the leg movements and it burned so bad 🔥! Please can you do more weighted pilates videos? I find them most effective!

These elegant, clear and thoughtful videos have helped me slowly back into exercise. At age sixty one after (and after a year of core strength avoidance), it isn't easy to to engage the all-around signalling that good pilates demands. However Nicole's sessions are so well explained and demonstrated that I am sufficiently clear about what I need to do to get back on the road and keep going

Thank you so much for this Nicole! I'm so glad I found you. I'm transitioning from heavy workouts to more pilates and yoga and to find someone who offers 20-30 mins, just right amount of exertion and is not annoying is amazing! love your backdrops too.

Wow, this was so needed for me...I am just recovering from covid, so I thought some light Pilates will do it as I have not worked out for 3 weeks...well, it was more than light but felt so good 😍😍😍😍 thank you, Nicole 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have been traveling this summer and missing the gym and I found your channel a few weeks ago and it has been amazing! I have always done yoga, not pilates and I love that intensity of pilates! thank you for making such great content! I particularly like this one. I used bands since I don't have weights and they worked great! Thanks again!

the smallest weights I had were 10lbs (4.5 kg) which worked for some exercises, but others I had to stop with the weights after 4-6 reps. Nicole's workouts are no joke!

Oooooo…..loved this one, Nicole. Seemed like there were some new moves here I don’t recall from your other classes. And always love when you incorporate the hand weights. Thank you for all you do to keep us fit and at peace❣️

47 with 3 lb weight on each hand, only finished 90% of this class, love it and will come back👍

It always amazes me how wonderful I feel after completing one of Nicole's workouts. Even this one which I struggled through the burning pain to finish left me feeling so good. Power Pilates with Weights is a badass workout! Thank you Nicole, for providing us with this workout. I would LOVE to see more like this 👍💚.

I was after something just like this to kick-off my Friday morning, and then my notification appeared and here you are! Loved the combination of using some small hand weights, and the tempo made it enough of a challenge but also at a pace where you could control the movements. Thank you!

I would love more beginner workouts. I was at your moderate level however after chronic pain for a few months, I’m back to beginner. And I would love to build my strength back up. I love your videos!

Perfect! I do yoga like for ten years but lately I feel I need to work more to keep me in shape and there is pilates!! I allways do my excercise at home and this classes suits me well.
