Thanks Kit! I've used a stretched towel for upper body warmups before, but never as the actual form of resistance during the workout. Amazing! I did it on a lunch break at work and used a t shirt I had lying around . My muscles were boiling during the burnout! Scorched!

Hi dear Kit, I have recently watched you on POPSUGAR fitness and I loved working out with you. I don't think I have ever sweated so much doing just Pilates.
