Thanks Kit! I've used a stretched towel for upper body warmups before, but never as the actual form of resistance during the workout. Amazing! I did it on a lunch break at work and used a t shirt I had lying around . My muscles were boiling during the burnout! Scorched!

This was an awesome workout! I have never done some of these moves before, and it's so cool to see how no weights are needed to get a great arm workout - just a towel! I'll definitely be coming back to this one!

Oh, I love it! So innovative and something different with a towel! I feel good when she did the arm workout in the end of the video. At first, I was awkward in following her but I will return and do better. Love your ideas!!! Update as of today: I feel my arms are sore!

Love your exercise as always. Good to have your videos more regularly. Can you do exercise vidoe for outdoor? Need to do sunbath for vit d, but hard to follow you if doin on the floor.

Hi dear Kit, I have recently watched you on POPSUGAR fitness and I loved working out with you. I don't think I have ever sweated so much doing just Pilates.
