I love that it’s engaging but not strenuous which often leads to wrong posture, compensations and less effective training! You’re the best!

Really lovely workout. The best part for me was how it flowed from one move into the next effortlessly but boy did it make every muscle shake! Graceful yet intense, everyone should try it! AJ is the Queen of Graceful Sweat!!!!

Loved this workout!! I’m used to doing a different type of workout. Hitt weights etc. I am hopeful that these workouts will replace those. I loved it.

I love this one! I’ve added it to my very short list that I rotate though every week. Again I couldn’t remember which leg I was on- can you wear shorts marked with left and right?! 😂 I do these in my phone with the sound off so that would really help me.❤️ I love your videos and you are in large part what got me to start exercising 2 years ago and continue consistently. My favorite move was the move my Cavapoo wasn’t on the mat with me. She sees me roll out the mat and assumes it’s play time 🤪🐶 Good workout!
