Todays full body strength RIP workout will help you build strength/muscle, endurance and burn lots of calories! All you need for this workout is a mat and a variety of dumbbells. This workout is beat driven, which means we use the music to move. Each song works a specific part of the body using high reps and medium to moderate weight. I recommend doing this workout 2-3 x per week for noticeable results especially if you're looking to build strength and lose body fat. Combine this workout it with a few low-impact cardio core workouts and you should see results. Make sure you eat a diet that gives you energy and focuses on whole foods. Grab your weights and let's get RIPPED!
RIP is a pre-choreographed program from Power Music. This is typically done with a barbell, but today we are using dumbbells for one of the best strength training workouts at home.

I know this is a long one, but if you want to get in a full body strength workout that will build muscle and change the shape of your body...this is for you. I'm not saying the other workouts don't do that, they do. I tend to find that women stop a little short on using heavier weights as there is a fear to get big and bulky. By having the high reps and body part specific tracks, RIP takes your muscles to the edge of failure which in return is going to break them down (micro-tears) which in return, builds them back up with proper recovery. That is how you build muscle and start to fire up your metabolism and become a fat burner. Great workout - I love your one hour total body pure strength workouts - I like concentrating on a muscle area for a whole song rather than just a few reps - the muscle group is spent at the end of each song! Thank you

I've been repeating this workout for 2 weeks. Love it! I gradually increased the weights and my body is so much stronger! I used to do body pump and it was the best workout for me. Now I have to workout from home and I'm so glad I found a similar workout with the music! Thank you, Michelle. You're the best!

Fun, well rounded full body strength. I find traditional circuit training/sets really boring 🙊 so this workout was a great way to get the weight work in

This is my favourite workout of yours so far and I usually only do the trampoline with weights, but I've found this energising and challenging but not to the point where it makes me dread doing it like some of the other pump workouts. I also love how it is broken down, making it easier to follow and seemingly a much quicker workout although it's not. The music choices are excellent... different, energising and empowering. The stretch at the end is also my favourite of all of yours that I have done which is many! Thanks Michelle and team. ❤️

Michelle, I absolutely love all your workouts out there. I came across your page in KZbin a month ago as I was surfing for a good home exercise. This one in particular is quite similar to body pump that I do before covid. I gained some weight when covid hit. Following your workouts at home + eating right definitely showed an impact/improvement to my weight loss goal. FYI: I tried most of your workouts (except for the trampoline) and I love them all (and my 4yr old son). :)

Wonderful to hear that you are loving all the workouts!! Yes this is very similar to BP, I've been teaching RIP for the last 10 years. Fun music and great moves. Say hi your son. I have two boys, 15 and 13 who are super active. And let me tell you, having a trampoline in the house for them to jump on was a great way for them to release some of their boy energy. Just saying. Sale coming in November, maybe a Christmas gift?

I think this may be my favorite RIP workout of yours. It's tough and I was so happy to have a commercial break after the bicep track.😮💪 I always feel strong until I do one of these and then I gradually drop down in weight.😅 My arms are shaky. Very humbling workout.😊Thanks for this!
