Perfect workout. Quick and effective. I am still away from home so I did this without my Bosu and weights. The point is to keep moving and not miss a workout if at all possible. See you tomorrow on Patreon! xoxoxo

Been fighting a cold and missing my workouts..this was the perfect solution for me today, 20 minutes, full body..feel accomplished 👍😁

My 10-year-old wanted to try out my new BOSU ball. This was a great BOSU introduction! I'll have to try it again so I can have a turn with the BOSU! 😆

Second workout after 10 days fighting a nasty sinus infection. This was a great way to fire up all of my lazy muscles and get back into it. Working out in Saskatoon, SK!
