Thanks for this workout, it was very challenging for this 63 year old 😍. The side plank, lifting the leg is a killer, I can kind of do it lol 😆

What weight kettle bell are you using? I used 15 lb dumbbell on row and squat and 10 lb dumbbell on squat over and lunges and bridge. I got tired fast!!

Either a 15lb or 20lb - honestly can't remember. Good for you!
