Molchanovs Movement Full Body Stretching with Mirela Kardasevic, Molchanovs Ambassador, World Champion freediver, and World Record holder, as well as leading our Apnea Squat Challenge on rank 1 as of today.
This 15-minute full body streching video is made for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an advanced freediver. It will help reduce tension in your body, improve flexibility, and if trained regularly, it will speed up your recovery and improve small movements in your technique and streamline. We often skip basic exercises which build roots for better progression, so let’s get back to basics with this stretching.

We are encouraged to stay at home. That doesn’t mean we can’t continue our freediving practice. Freediving is not merely happening in the water. There is so much we can practice from home that will improve our performance in the water. Let’s embrace this time of solitude to create new routines and ways of living. In the face of solitude, community carries on.
