Seeing Dj fighting for his life to get through the intro honestly makes me feel so much better about how gassed I feel after these workouts.

I like how basic the equipment is in this workout. I travel alot for work and this is a perfect full body workout for a gym that’s inside of hotels.

that 1 legged bent over row is a game changer compared to two legged on a bench. I am 6'5 with a back injury and could never get my back straight in a comfortable way. Totally agree about the core and balance points you guys made.

I have had so many people comment about how its not the best single arm row. LOL. I never said that it was but for us it has been a very nice layer of being able to strengthen the hips and the lower back from that single hinge set up. We have trained it so much it has caught up pretty close to what we can traditionally row too. I love that row!

@@vernongriffith4 I was fortunate to get a great PT that knew how much I love workout etc and getting the best range of motion/isolating the muscle I'm targeting etc. So he showed this version of a DB row to me about 4 years ago & have been doin them ever since. The spinal surgery sucked recovery/pain wise , but learned a few really great exercises that I still do today. My lat and back I feel way more. Get better pump etc with this and tightening my shoulder, glute, core and the single leg all up before n during you can really focus on the rowing motion top to bottom and the squeeze at the top before repeating for whatever rep range you're goin for! It's my favorite free weight exercise for lats/back , over bb rows, dB rear delt/upper back Flys, deadlifts with trap bar or barbell etc.
