Thanks so much for this workout, which will be the last of my first pregnancy. Tomorrow bright and early, I have a C-section and I'll meet my precious baby boy. Thanks, Sydney, for keeping me strong, motivated, and healthy during this pregnancy journey. I'll see you after I recover 🙂

I made it through about half of this today. Not happy that I had to stop, but thankful I listened to my body as I have felt "off" for a week or so. I think my body has been trying to tell me to give it a break and stretch/mobilize. I still "stuck around" for the whole workout to feel apart of the experience while did some of my own stuff. Thank you Sydney for all of your motivation every day! I am going to keep saying yes to listening to my body's cues and doing things that build me up instead of tear me down.

Full Body Friday did NOT disappoint!! Was it me or did this workout fly by?!! It kicked my boots but I also didn't want it to end. I am feeling STRONG 💪 today!! Thanks Sydney and Dustin for pushing us to be better each day. Have a great weekend everyone!

I love this format, it's challenging but it seems so much easier to push through and 40 minutes flew by so quickly. We should definitely have more of this format in the future, it's FUN!

She’s kicking our booties today! For those of you who have had babies-don’t feel ashamed to modify these ab exercises-they’re really tough! I’m a pelvic PT and have been working on improving my diastasis for 15 months now and I STILL had to modify some of these to avoid bulging though my separation! Have a great weekend everyone 🎉

I had a c-section 8 months ago and I’ve learned there are some ab moves I prefer to do standing. Especially bicycles lol

Ha ha, I always have to modify ab exercises now. I broke my L2 vertebra almost 3 years ago, and I can't do anything like a situp anymore. I do lots of plank variations, and standing ab exercises.

Definitely found a new favourite weights workout format on youtube!! Had so much fun and still got a challenging workout done. I actually started smiling near the end when I realised I haven´t looked at the time once to see how much we got left, that´s how into the workout I was and that doesn´t happen often. And your motivational speech at the end? Definitely one of the best ones I´ve heard. Everything you said was so true yet we don´t really realise it. Thank you for this amazing workout, for sure will be coming back for more!

This month I’ve been trying to push myself to the next weight level to get out of my comfort zone but also to make sure I can do the correct form as well. Had a few workouts this week that I had to dial way back due to insomnia from dealing with a kid’s medical issues. Decided to take Friday off and pray for more sleep before tackling this one, and I’m so glad I did! Normally I go for consistency but sometimes you just have to listen to your body and take the break. Crushed it with probably double the weight I could have handled yesterday. Looking forward to REPS!

I fell off my workout routine after getting really sick. Once I was better, I really didn’t have the motivation, so I did a few dance workouts to try and get myself back in the self care mindset and unfortunately I fell back into not working out. So I decided to get back into Sydney’s workouts now instead of waiting to “be in the mood” or waiting till I got back to a certain point. Your workout routines and motivational words are amazing Sydney! Now I’m back and caught up on your new series. ❤

I do miss the longer workouts, the more intermediate/advanced level workouts! My mom loves your 30 minute workouts- it's perfect for her to just get moving, do resistance training and feel good :) But I do selfishly miss your harder longer workouts, I'm looking forward to October's program though :)

❤your comment about Jane Fonda step. I first did step from my mom’s Jane Fonda videos in the late 80’s and early 90’s. In H. S. I even talked my PE teacher into letting us do the videos a couple times for PE. Brings back memories.
