I love this format, it's challenging but it seems so much easier to push through and 40 minutes flew by so quickly. We should definitely have more of this format in the future, it's FUN!

Thanks so much for this workout, which will be the last of my first pregnancy. Tomorrow bright and early, I have a C-section and I'll meet my precious baby boy. Thanks, Sydney, for keeping me strong, motivated, and healthy during this pregnancy journey. I'll see you after I recover 🙂

This month I’ve been trying to push myself to the next weight level to get out of my comfort zone but also to make sure I can do the correct form as well. I’m so excited I finally can curl 20lbs dumbbells 🙌🏽 can’t wait for next month to continue to work on my form while pushing myself. Thanks Sydney!!!

I fell off my workout routine after getting really sick. Once I was better, I really didn’t have the motivation, so I did a few dance workouts to try and get myself back in the self care mindset and unfortunately I fell back into not working out. So I decided to get back into Sydney’s workouts now instead of waiting to “be in the mood” or waiting till I got back to a certain point. Your workout routines and motivational words are amazing Sydney! Now I’m back and caught up on your new series. ❤

❤your comment about Jane Fonda step. I first did step from my mom’s Jane Fonda videos in the late 80’s and early 90’s. In H. S. I even talked my PE teacher into letting us do the videos a couple times for PE. Brings back memories.

This has been my favorite workout so far! I love all the workouts, but I absolutely love when you switch it up! Keep doing what your doing Sydney! I feel amazing and accomplished after my workouts with you ❤❤️❤️

FANTASTIC workout and program this month! I really enjoyed the 3 uploads a week. I was able to do all the new uploads, plus use my soul cycle bike on the days that there weren’t new uploads.

What an awesome workout!!! Just these variations keep us challenged so much. Working on challenging myself with the exercises by not modifying so much. Thankful for Sydney and my friends here. I have been trying to get more sleep to just rejuvenate. Good for overall health.

This is one of my absolute favorite workouts and I have been following since early pandemic days! It gave the opportunity to challenge yourself and not get bored!! I am behind in playlists but so glad I am doing them in order so I could do this amazing workout! Thank you!

Oh my goodness! Loved this workout! Love a workout that gets my heart rate up and sweat flowing without jumping around! My favorite kind of workout!

Tough workout but so worth it! Felt the burn especially on those ab circuits. Looking forward to what Sydney has planned for October! Today I stepped on the scale for the first time in a month and was delighted to see I had maintained despite indulging during some celebrations this month. Today I will rededicate myself to healthier eating habits!

❤ Loved this workout so much, it seemed like a no repeat since we changed up each set. No cardio but my heart rate stayed up the whole time. Crushed it, can’t wait for October’s calendar!

I work hard for my body with these workouts so believe me that I'm gonna say no to food that's going to benefit my fitness journey. Once in a blue moon I'll have something that I cheat with but never on a consistent basis.

This looks like it's gonna be a killer workout! Just watched the video to get my setup ready at the gym! Looks like I will need a bench, 10, 15, 20, and 25 LB dumbbells. I'm going to grab a pair of 30s to push myself. Looking forward to this one!
