Yo! Back with a full body workout that is perfect for strength training at home! This session focuses on calisthenics that are accessible to all levels along with movements that will get you moving in all planes of motion to develop your mobility.
This workout is designed for minimal use of fitness equipment so all you really need is a sturdy chair and a towel...seriously thats it!
This 40 minute follow along workout includes a full warmup, 3 strength supersets, a core finisher and a brief cooldown so you'll stay on task and hit everything you need for a complete workout!
I offer progressions throughout the session in case you want to increase the challenge but do know that this is your workout so you absolutely don't need to. Focus on making this session work for you!
