Hi Coach, IWanted to do some of the full body workouts. Can I do them every day of the week or is it advisable to have a rest day in between? Thanks

Hi Mark, great question. It's fine to add full body dumbbell workouts into your mix, however I don't recommend doing them every day. They are more suitable for people training 3 or 4 days a week so that you can do them every other day. To workout daily I would mix the full body workouts into some isolation workouts. Here's a sample weekly program for you. @@katiehopemulligan Hi Katie, yes absolutely, more importantly you get access to the full 30 day workout plans as opposed to just the first 10 days. We are really trying to build value for our members by offering features that are simply not available to the public 👍

@@CoachAli Thanks for your reply! You're doing a great job. I really like how you give form tips and guidance (voiceovers) on your new workouts. And I like the included warmups. For me I think the weekly schedule would be what I would appreciate most, that way I can tailor it. I am thin and am really working on building overall strength. Thanks again!

just did your biceps and triceps workout for the day and will hit this tomorrow. I am really looking to gain muscle size. I am having a hard time putting on muscle size at my age. I am pretty lean to begin with. As a former trainer and a B.S. of science in kinesiology You are one of the best on You tube!!

I made it!!!! What an excellent, solid, total body strength workout. I had to modify some moves, lighter weights, some with no weights:) but made it. I had to do a little more warm up. Thank you for doing such a nice variety. You guys work well together.
