Coach Ali, I have completed a number of workouts this week and so far this one has been my absolute favorite!! It is the first workout of yours I did and I really love it. I like the repeated sets with the holds.

Hey Katie, we are actually shooting something very similar this weekend. It involves both isometric and isotonic movements with a repeat set :)

@@iamstephdavies Hi Steph, I do my workouts in my living room. No rack or bench, just me, a mat and the dumbbells. Since covid I'm a bit reluctant to go to the gym, to be honest.

Hello Steph & Coach Ali, This was really a burner. I felt instantly sore just after the 1st isotonic movements, went through the isometric and just when I thought that I was done, heard "now it's time for the 2nd set of your isotonic ....." Glad to say I went all the way through because when I was wincing, I saw you grimacing and said to myself "I'm not alone in this one". More, more, more of those please.

LOL thank you Patricia, I enjoyed reading this. I did say it was going to be VERY HARD. I assure you we struggle getting through as well especially when we have to shoot 2/3 hours of this type of content. By the end of a shoot I'm well and truly done 😂😂😂

Thank you, yes as advertised it is one of the toughest full body dumbbell workouts you can do without risking injury due to unnecessary high risk low return inclusions 💪

I really loved the sequence and rhythm of this workout, thank you so much! I have been doing at home dumbbell workouts for the last 2 years now. I recently hurt my shoulder most likely from going too heavy without proper regard for my posture. I appreciate the pace of this workout because I really paid attention to my posture and alignment, without any pressure to go faster or heavier. I will definitely repeat this one. Thanks again!
