Занимаюсь спортом на постоянной основе с прошлого года, но это первый раз, когда я решила попробовать пилатес, ибо обычно делала силовые тренировки и кардио. Я удивлена, так как в первый раз я не материлась, проклиная упражнение, а спокойно выполняла упражнения. Очень надеюсь, что отёки, спровоцированные силовыми тренировками уменьшаться благодаря пилатесу. Выбью время для этой тренировки в своём графике. Изменю комментарий, написав о результатах. Надеюсь, что они не заставят себя долго ждать ✊🏻💪🏻

I thought this was going to be easy! I was wrong lol she looks so graceful in the video. I struggled with balance and posture but I kept going. The poses made me want to perform better. I will definitely do this again! Thank you for the early morning exercise. I did this at 5:30 AM. 😂❤❤

Gleich gestern ausprobiert. Auf jeden Fall anfängertauglich. Oder wenn man mal einen Tag nicht so viel Energie hat. ❤ Würde mich über ein Workout freuen, 60 min Full power + jumping. Ich mache deine Workouts nun schon 3 Wochen und schaffe jetzt viel mehr als die ersten Tage 😅

Heyyy I'm a HIIT fan and I've been jumping and doing intense workouts, but I injured my left foot a month ago due to an accident. After it started to recover, I tried getting back on track again, and I found this video! It's definitely worth trying! There are a few movements that my left foot still struggles with, but the rest of the video has been a great help✨ It makes me feel like I'm still strong and I can overcome this eventually☺ Thank youuu!

thank you sooo sooo much, i feel immense gratitude for this wonderful session that you have so beautifully curated. I was feeling down so much because my weight have been fluctuating so much the past week due to low vitamin D and B12 levels. my body was in soo much pain and i was unable to do any of my regular workouts. I was very skeptical about starting this 1 hour workout but eventually decided to roll with the tide, this has done such a good job at being challenging without being overwhelmingly so. i enjoyed the workout and was soo relaxed while burning 255 calories. I was in a rather gloomy , depressed state when i started due to my weight platue that has lasted 3 motnhs and low vitamin d levels was another blow to the back. Now i feel very peaceful and relaxed, Lots of Love and well Wishes. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
