I agree stretching is the most important part of cooling down, which we generally skip being exhausted. With knees, always remember while lunging or squatting knees should not go farther then your toes as that will bring harm to the knees. But in this case while lunging her heel was raised so that may be a variation there. Good workout.

Sometimes I think they are most hardworking than any of us. Shoot in all type of location, learning their lines, always surrounded by guards cos can’t go freely anywhere. That slamming the medicine ball reminded me of Creed2 training...also loved the fact that you trained in so many various form like strength and conditioning, core,animal flow and worked on your mobility. Unfortunately I do not have the access to such trainers but can definitely implement the cooling down by laying post training and the post stretch part ..Also can you please do a Full day of eating, or how/how often you incorporate a cheat meal in ur diet when you are following a strict diet ,and manage the macros for the day
