Hi Obi..Hats off to you, This is the most intensive full body workout I have ever seen. I am currently doing cardio boxing and planning to follow this on alternate days. My gym is always crowded and if I Ieave something open during a triset workout, it will be occupied by someone else. So can I complete a workout and go for another? Like instead switching between squats, lunges and Arnold press, can I complete 3 sets of squats followed by 3 sets of lunges and then 3 sets of arnold press? Will it impact the efficiency of the program that you suggested? I presume rest time should be also 60 in between each set. Also what should be the ideal weight to go for? Being 12 is it 75 percent of 1 rep max?

Say I do chest press on Monday of 3 sets of 12 @ 65 total weight (Including 45 pound weight of the bar) and I complete it without failure. Question. I've been doing full body workouts for about a year now. I do my best to vary the exercises but in general I try to do 2 leg exercises, one is a form of squat an the other is either quad or hamstring dominant. Then 2 forms of a push, pull, press(or delt raise), I do this everyday. Well 5-6 days a week. Some days are heavy, some days are more volume oriented. What's a good way to make sure I'm working everything evenly?

Obi .. quick question I have been watching your pre workout flexibility videos . I got couple of questions.. 1. What should you suggest doing these flexibility drill or cardio 2. I m more inclined toward pre workout flexibility instead of cardio . Will it effect my lifting in a negative way . If I get or feel tired before lifting. 3. How often should I do . I will be very thankful to you ..
@ObiVincent6 жыл бұрын
It completely depends, if you are short of time i find a good 5mins interval on the rower is the best type of warm up and its utilises the entire body. Also doing dynamic stretches pre workout is also great just pick 2-3 movements to do before hand it doesnt take that long and great for improving range of motion and also avoiding injuires . I do Mobility drills every day some longer sessions than others and depending on what I’m training (no point doing leg mobility if training upoer body etc)
@deking19735 жыл бұрын
