Just the catted downpipe and a good quality aftermarket intake kit like an AFE will take it to 400HP ATW without a tune. Love the 2022 Supra 3.0.... 😎🇦🇺👍

I think the intake will not increase hp..it wouldn’t be a bad idea to run it with a stock airbox and a drop in k&n air filter..ive seen many intake videos and they don’t perform on a performance level just turbo sound..great video tho!!.hope to see more supra videos

Did you dyno it by chance before the parts were installed to get a baseline stock?

We have quite a few baseline six port Supra graphs. Dozens actually, and the average is about 380whp. Give or take a few hp with varying conditions, heat, etc. I’d say without a tune and just the bolt ons, it’s safe to assume a 20ish Hp gain.

That’s a lot of money in a car (initial purchase and mods) for less than 400 hp and torque. Why is the B58 so detuned? E82 N55 can easily produce more than that with great reliability at a fraction of the price.

@@Lester.Mbecause the tuning gives the best bang for buck. Breathing and farting better doesn’t help if we don’t push more air into the lungs so to say. JB4 plus COI and downpipe of some sort will get you 500+ whp and more torque than hp.

450-470whp possibly more depending on conditions, heat etc.

I’m confused. Is this his second Supra? He has or had one that was pure 800 etc etc making double the power. Where did this Supra come from?

How were AFRs with these mods and no tuning? Is the ECU able to sort them out or does the stock tune get lean?

Hard to say with jb4, it varies quite a bit. But I would say somewhere in the 450 range

Intake down pipe and exhaust on a ‘21 with base hp of 382 (probably at the crank) to 396 at the wheels? Correct me if I’m wrong but shouldn’t it be at least over 400whp without the tune on a MY21+? Otherwise good numbers because that’s all I want to do with mine lol

Maybe, every car responds a bit differently. Not to mention, every Dyno is going to give a different result. We see 380 on these cars stock. So about a 18hp gain with the bolt ons and no tune. We def weren’t expecting much. Just providing some data for others
