Love the job guys, really nice. As a carpenter in Ontario that specializes on decks and gazebos, I can totally see the city coming back on your for parts of those decks. They won't make you tear them down, just fix them so they meet code. The railings/ and lack there of in some spots will definitely be the biggest issue. Will just need to adjust. Place looks great

Your property looks great and it's an amazing accomplishment in one year! 👌 So agree, bedrooms just need a bed and wardrobe, they don't need to be huge.. It would be a waste of space. Love that you want to decorate with things from your travels.. That is what I do.. All my paintings and sculptures are from my world travels. I love it! Looking at them brings back great memories 😊. We bought an ikea kitchen and built and installed it ourselves in our old place.. And we built another one in our new house laundry.. If you are "used to" ikea design it is actually OK to build.. But it just takes time. PS.. It would have been so lovely to have seen every one who helped you together to celebrate and hear their fun stories from the build!

OMG, I'm in love!!! I will have dreams about that beautiful kitchen and the maple countertop and the color of the cabinets! So pretty!!! That pot filler is a game changer, lol. That wall of windows is stunning. All the rooms and the deck are amazing, I can just imagine how cozy and relaxing hanging out in your home would be! I'm so out of shape that all those stairs down to the water would kill me. But at least I'd have a beautiful view as I was dying... Eamon wielding power tools is the only security we all need.
