Jean Beliveau and his wife were in Boston in summer in the early 1970's on a vacation/visit and were walking outside Fenway Park while an important game between the Red Sox and Yankees was going on. A ticket-taker recognized Mr.Beliveau and quickly brought him and his wife to seats right behind the Red Sox dugout. Even though Boston and Montreal were opponents on the ice-Mr. Beliveau was deeply respected even in Boston

She reminds me of the wonderful women in my family: my grandmother, my aunts, my father’s cousins. I think I would feel right at home in her company.
