Also love doing strength work on the same days as my run workouts. Having that variation throughout the week with some days being super hard and other days being super easy really keeps the mind engaged.

Bagels are back baby! Been waiting for this one, great to see some new staples, and old ones still kicking. I love getting new ideas for fueling my own training. I really love your content, always so motivating and inspiring, keep grinding!

KZbin recommended your videos and I've been enjoying lately. Instantly recognized where you are running as my main training area. I'm currently training to break 3 hours. See you around on the grind!

I totally feel you when you said about going hard and not let down in the last reps of a workout. I had similar feeling during my long run yesterday in which felt kind of slow and not energetic enough but l kept telling myself not too relax, surprisingly my legs still had something left in the last 2km in which I was able to speed up, hurting but good feeling. Thanks for the inspiration and the nutrition tips :)

The best part of marathon training is how good food tastes and how much you can eat.
