I had 100% maple syrup this morning where I just poured it on some banana/egg/cacao pancakes! And I poured and and panicked, then added more! Lol. So funny!

you inspire me so much. im actually only 2 months into recovery and honestly I'm seeing less and less "bad days". im actually allowing myself to eat good because food isnt something to fear or be guilty of after consuming. its is nourishment and comfort. medicine for the body and soul 🥰 also im so proud of you for challenging yourself. peanut butter has always been a fear food of mine and I've been challenging myself to eat it more often and now I dont even second guess licking the spoon ! just another reminder that recovery is possible :)

I was watching anorexia videos to trigger myself to not eat this morning and I've gotten into such a deep hole of an eating disorder I'm so glad I came across your channel. you are so inspiring and make me want to recover before things get to the point where I could die. thank u angel !! yes i definitely still deal with that fear but knowing that I’m doing this for me and no one else, and knowing that comparing myself to what others are eating etc will make me feel worse for no reason ! also in reality most people don’t care about what you’re doing cause they’re so focused on themselves xx

not a fear food but more of a control habit that I challenged myself to do is, I never ever ever have a snack. I could be hungry like crazy but I never eat outside of my 3 meals a day and since I workout far too much for the food I eat it's really taking a troll on my body. I tried to have just a couple of almonds yesterday and it was the scariest thing I've ever done. But I did it and I might have felt horrible in the moment (although those almonds were delicious) but now thinking about it I'm so happy I tried. I know I would have never done it if I wasn't so inspired by you. It's also thanks to you that I discovered my eating disorder and starting to talk about it with my psychologist and psychiatrist. I can't tell you how thankful I am. Let's all get better together we can do this !!

Love you videos! I am a little fearful still of eating cereals and granolas because of the sugar content, and it is really annoying because I see other people eating it and I am just like, how can they just simply eat it as a snack. I want to just be able to grab a bowl for a snack without thinking about it, but it is hard to do mentally. Basically sweet foods are very hard for me to eat and I consider them treats for being "healthy" during the week... TERRIBLE MINDESET... but trying to challenge this! Next fear food video, can you do like 24 hours eating sugar or maybe doing a video explaining how sugar is digested... like fruit sugars vs. refined or more processed sugars? I can eat fruit easily, but when it comes to more processed sugars I start to freak out! So in summary, I am fearful of what diet culture deems "unhealthy foods" or processed foods like chips, desserts, pastries, CEREALS, WHITE FOODS (white breads, white pastas, white rice, etc), and I would really like maybe an informational video or explanation as to how I can change this mindset about refined foods just being another source of fuel. Also I can try to explain this to my younger sister who I fear might be going down a similar slope that I went down that lead to an ED! Sorry for this long message and rant, but love your channel and would appreciate a reply whenever you are able to sit down and type one out! No rush! LOVE YOU AND STAY STRONG! WE GOT THIS! (These bold letters of affirmation were also for me too! ;D) P.S. have you or has anyone experienced anxiety or an overwhelmed feeling when there is an abundance of food around or a need to hoard food? I hate food waste so much and it makes me so stressed when there is lots of food available...

24hrs eating sugar sounds crazy but I can def do it !!! and explain as well yes yes ! that totally makes sense, I was the same with those types of food as well. challenge yourself !! also thank u love❤️ and yes absolutely, I've struggled with BED in the past. knowing that you can have food any time you want / don't need to hoard it because you're not restricting anymore is key !!!

i made French toast yesterday and used real maple syrup as well!! i panicked as well when i accidentally put “too much” but when i took a bite and realized i wanted more maple syrup on it, i did it. i went and got and the bottle and poured more. and guess what? the world didn’t end. I’m still here, I’m still alive. i didn’t gain 500 pounds. i just gained satisfaction.

today i tried to challenge myself to eat some pastries cause they’re a big fear food of mine I ate toooo many of them and I was so full from all the sugar but I kept eating cause they were so yummy. @@stell8012 it’s so much harder with friends because we don’t wanna be an inconvenience but also it’s kinda a good thing! like i hung out with my friends and didn’t know what we planned on eating and i ended up challenging grilled cheese with butter and non low cal tomato soup and WE WERE COMPLETELY FINE. like it was delicious and i made myself enjoy it. i hate letting my ed try to ruin good experiences. i’m so happy for you though!

omg thank u so much !! honestly i think i was just rly lucky with genetics (my mom flosses and brushes a million times a day and has perfect teeth but i honestly do it twice and that’s it !) i do use fluoride free toothpaste though ! xx

So I’ve been doing research on “fear foods” and I realized that I actually have them too. I’m so scared of soda, or anything that is carbonated(so weird???). I don’t do energy drinks, and any kind of candy scares me as well. Or any sweets at all honestly. It’s so stupid.

I have Ed I’m mostly recovered now but I’m worried my breasts won’t grow because I developed it at 14and now I’m 16 and my Ed started when they began developing I’m so worried idk what to do

helooo, recovery is possible! you just need to be determined and eat, it is all about the mindset. I suffered from anorexia and bulimia for 2 years and when i started my recovery journey, i followed a lot of ed fighter on instagram (my fav one on that time were talyn grace and recovery bakes). i didnt go to any counsellor for advice as tbh for me, people who didnt understand wont understand. so take me as a proof that you to can recover,,my life now is so much better. lots of love!

So I’m not really sure I have an eating desorder bc I’m not diagnosed, but today I realized I’m really scared of eat too many fruits if I’m having 3 fruits a day I would feel so bad with myself, and idk if that’s normal bc I heard fruits had a lot of sugar and I just ate 3 fruits and I feel so bad, this started 4 months ago when I started my “diet” but I think it’s getting out of my hands

Fruits are full of healthy sugars and vitamins!! Just because they say "sugars", it's not sugar sugar. Like, the white sugar we all know. It's just the macronutrients sugars (I'm terrible at explaining because I'm not fluent in English and there are no difference words for it, unlike in my mother language). Aaaanyway, fearing fruits however is not normal, we shouldn't be afraid of eating them. Please please PLEASE talk to your parent or an adult you trust about it, or even a friend, because this might go on with other foods and believe me, it's a never ending cycle nobody wants to go through. I would suggest you to challenge this fear in order to get more comfortable with fruits, but first you need to realize their importance and how much you need them for your health ❤️❤️❤️
