Eat a huge ass piece of steak or other red meat to get them fucking beautiful full chain proteins, then some nice carbs from a pre determined source. People today just don't get it. Like that protein from the bread you eat you think that shits anything like the protein in a huge thick ass ribeye? Or carbs. The carbs in a fucking snickers bar man, not the same as a sweet potato or a cup of rice. And we can be sure that Jesus is the Son of God because on the 3rd day God raised Him from the dead and in that He defeated death and the grave, proving that He can do the same for us if we put our faith in trust in Him. That's how you get to Heaven. That's how you become full in your heart. That's how you become reconciled to the God who created you.
