Tumhari body ka 90% development whi khake hua hai jisko ab sabne taboo bna diya hai. Baki 10% devlopment krne ke liye Puri diet change krne ki koi jarurat nhi hai. Carbs main source hai energy ka moderation me accha hi hai body ke liye. Isliye foreigners ko itna bhi follow mt kro ki murkh banke reh jao.

jam par video already on the channel but jam is over 50% sugar anyway. Buy whichever you like, just consume in moderate quantities. it is a food item to be enjoyed in moderate quantities.

It's not always about the fulfilling your Protien intake and hitting the calerios properly the big 2 problem of this deit is the light breakfast which leed to slow metabolism if your breakfast is that much light so it's a problem and the 2 the bioabsorbtion rate of the Protien food Thank you
