I eat different every day, this is just one day out of many. I don't promote to count calories but I do however find it helpful to make sure one is eating enough/getting the nutrients in. I hope this video inspires you to eat more plants!

I always love your videos. You don't starve yourself like some KZbinrs and you eat lots of greens and protein. Very similar to how I try to eat as well. Thanks for the meal ideas!

So your breakdown was about 25% fat, 23% protein, 52% carbohydrates. I like that you spoke about not caring so far as the carbohydrates are concerned and more the importance of fiber. Great video💛🌱

Lots of zero waste items, but then she turns on a full oven for six pieces of tofu... That's a lot of energy for a very little use. Maybe use something else for that purpose?
