I like the honesty of managing the kids and you and your wife getting your own time. That’s a team right there. My kids are older but my husband I have always done the same.

Do you count calories consumed on the bike in your daily total? I’ve seen where people do and don’t. Just wondering your opinion on it. Keep up the great content btw…. excellent stuff!

haha, I would try to eat it 30-90 Min before. The bigger the meal, the more time you want.

Sorry if I missed it but how many calories do you eat per day during your deficit period? Is there a formula for figuring out what that number should be?

Lol you measured 20mls volume on scales instead of using a measuring jug. I supposed fatigue and screaming babies will do that. 🤗 enjoying the vids 👍🏽
