Well Said! I was more inclined towards Himalayan, but after test riding I booked Scrambler. It’s more fun to ride and can do 90% off-roading of what a Himalayan can do. Test ride all vehicles and pick your best. Don’t go with YT videos it’s all biased towards Himalayan.

Well said. People buy Himalayan but most of the times its gonna be used on broken trails and broken roads sometimes in Himalayas. That 400x can do brilliantly with better riding dynamics.

I also felt most of th reviews are supporting Himalayan. But when I took the test drive of both bikes, scrambler have better low end torque than Himalayan with very less vibs. Scrambler is more practical considering traffic and touring uses.

For me who is a new bike enthusiast and 5’7 I found scrambler too tall. Himalayan was relatively shorter and I was more confident riding it than the scrambler. But…. I loved riding speed 400 ❤ and I booked it as my first bike. 😊

Superb..dil ki baat keep Gaye bhai. I have the Bullet 500 & Intercptr, for another bike was drawn to the 452 coz of the hype, but my heart was with the 400x The air filter in the tank with 452 is a bigger deal breaker than the lack of centre stand in the 400 x Also the 100 km extra range of the 452...but the Scrambler exudes quality

Yes, Scram has better quality levels. As for 100km, umm, at highway speeds it will still do around 350km+ easily and by that time, most of us need a bum break no :-D

​@@sanjaysharma-jf8fvyep but we don't visit ladhak regularly right may. Be we'll do only 5% of adventure stuff and remaining 95% we do. Ride at city's and highways and we have fuel stations frequently there so 350+ kms are absolutely fine for a motorcycle and we. Can't maneuver Himalayan easily in citys before that I'm a healthy rider and riding for 9 years i know about motorcycles well , so scrambler will be more practical and fun to ride motorcycle until unless ur doing heavy off-road trails daily so dont go for unnecessary features until unless you really need it , both are fabulous motorcycles but for me 40% city ,40% highway , 20% off-road scrambler 400x whould be best.

Hmmm, I would pick the Scrambler 400x. 1) less vibes 2) highway - tubeless tyres 3) mild off roading : it does easy and is peppy at lower revs

@@nurarihyon07 bro its all about preference Saddling in 450 is much more easier compared to 390 adv but 450 feels front heavier compared to 390 The increase in price with spokeswheel will lead to almost 3.50 in hanle black ex showroom If you really want it in a cheaper rate ask some of your army friends to provide them through CSD 🤣 will definetly help you save 30 to 40k I

Scrambler 400x has RSA anywhere in Asia. But need to pay 4000/- extra for 2 years. I have done it for peace of mind.

Hmm, usually RSA is outsourced and does not depend on dealer in that city / state. So even if you are stranded in a place where the dealer / showroom is 200-400km away, RSA will still come via the local network of the RSA agency.

Disappointed that you didn't go into nuances of suspension because both bikes are adv types. For regular long distance roads that has broken tarmac, potholes, speed breakers will scrambler suspension be adequate?

Just last weekend I did a 650+ km ride on my Scram 400x which was combination of city ride, highway long distance, curvey ghats and broken off-road patches. Its suspension did a fantastic job everywhere!
