They say they don’t need a man, because there are no real men available. And they keep having children in uncommitted relationships. I know there’s not enough men to go around, and black women are the most educated women in this country, they are more educated than, all people in this country. They have a lot of student loans to pay off, but they are looking for partners to match their income levels and their educational levels, and that is going to be like finding a needle in a haystack and most men nowadays, do not even want the responsibility of a mortgage and children.

@@terryhill4732 Real simple... I Never identified my color prior to the BLM movement, due to the fact that we are all made by our Heavenly Father equally. Yes he does need to listen to him. However he's saying the same thing that my mother said. My mom said Oprah did things for white people because a lot of those white women wouldn't pay their mortgage because they wanted to go see Oprah. So she catered to the group of people that cater to her. My mother also said that a lot of white women were always at the basketball games front and center they would buy the best tickets. They were there being supportive not asking for money didn't care if the ball players were asking them for favors, play performing fellatio on one of them in the locker room. They were just happy to be around these high-profile athletes. Now fast forward if they got married to him or they hooked up with them as a couple, these males who are high power have money on basketball teams key players became very abusive towards these white women that sat in the front row. I've had black girlfriends tell me that they went to an athlete's pool party and the athlete told her to shut up and sit down and don't say a word. I know a lot of beautiful women end up missing and murdered because of these athletes but they don't dare do that to a white woman. That would bring too much attention. They knew with Kobe Bryant liked so they set him up. When Kobe didn't want to play anymore if they became angry. Get what I'm saying

His knowledge and wisdom was appropriate for his time. But the same thing happened back in the day it's not anything against black women it's just that that's all they were around and that's what they fell in love with. When white women are easier on a man's eyes because of their personality he didn't mean that he meant they were easy on the eyes because it's something that they never had. Black women are sitting around just saying this is how you're supposed to be there is no law that says that a woman should have to shut up and sit down and be a child after she's been raised by her parents already. That's just some s*** that black men have conjured up in their mind because they think white men are that way. In some cases white men do talk down to white women and white women put up with it for the money but black women are too headstrong and that'll be me😂

Then you go to the hood and folk got every high dollar vehicle on the market sitting in front of some apartments or projects 🤦🏾♀️. Black folk drove their wealth that's not even worth what the paid for it after leaving the lot, white folks wealth is in the bank or their property. This was in (79-81).

I’m 39, I was Jon talking to guys in their 50’s and 60’s. I thought I was smarter because of the “new era” I was in at his age. He can’t get a word in because Demond has had to listen to at least 3 generations of youth that don’t know much about anything. I sounded dumb to Demond’s demographic too and guess what? They were right to cut us off if we weren’t receptive to the knowledge. The youth are a waste of time and energy if they fight against time and experience. Pastor Wilson is not trying to be harsh; if more of us, men/women, had someone who cared taking in our ears, I feel like some of us would have made better choices in and for our lives. Thank you Pastor Wilson 🙂🙂🙂

Demand is 1000% correct. The parents of child actors, singer, etc are the ones selling or giving their children to the industry in order to live vicariously or to gain access to money and the lifestyle. The parents should also be held to account

I really love that Jon keeps bringing back a veteran like Mr.Wilson because he wants to learn and that's what he's trying to do, i respect that and I respect Mr .Wilson although a lil tough, treats and corrects jon as if he was one of his own sons and makes sure he understands.

Demond has to reiterate his statements and he has to be very careful and specific because Jon seems to hear what he wants to hear rather than hear what Demond is actually saying. I can see that Jon is quick to insinuate and make inferences that are sometimes incorrect or unnecessary when Desmond is speaking in general terms. I can tell he is not college educated and not very well read, which is why Desmond has to reiterate and clearly make his point. But what I do like is that Jon gives Desmond the respect he deserves as a veteran actor without insulting his age too much, which Jon’s generation is known for! Instead, Jon listens (if only to try to correct Desmond!) which makes the interview much better. I was born in the early 1970’s and I remember watching Desmond in Sanford and Son and a few other shows he was in. Good to see him looking healthy and still able to be quick witted!

I grew up watching Sanford and Son, and we "ALL", as a Black Community "LOVED" It. And to sit and listen to you speak "Mr" Wilson, is so touching. To just see you, is like seeing a Uncle, on the 4th of July. Who lives out of town, and only comes to Columbus Ohio on certain Holidays. I Thank You, for showing, that all, is not stupid, or squabbling, after "ALL'LLLLLLLLLL" that you have given to the African American Families. And let me end this with, THANK YOU, for all of the years of joy, and bonding, that you brought and gave to our Family. And may God continue to bless you and your Family 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.

@@Mostopinionatedmanofalltime Yes, no way was I speaking as a racist, I was speaking as a Black Family. We "all" know that there wasn't that many Black show's back then. "Especially" that we as a Black Family could relate to. When you grow up with not that much, even when both parents are working. To be able to relate to a TV show, as a child, it made it "just" a little easier to deal with. That was my only meaning to the,,,, as a Black Family. I apologize to all who may have misunderstood me.

Hey, if they could do it, so, can, "I"!!!!! How can I understand how a Lion lives, if I have "NEVER'RRRRRR", lived like him. But, I apologize for just responding to your comment. Demond Wilson and Judge Joe Brown are two of my favorite celebs that I enjoy listening to. Like it or not, they keep it real. If you are on some bullschick, they will call you out.
@dhp36342 ай бұрын
The difference between Mr. Wilson and Joe Brown is, Mr. Wilson can express his thoughts on subjects respectively, without low rating women with name calling and using vulgar language. This makes Mr. Wilson a respected man, something Joe Brown will never be. Probably why Mr. Wilson has been married over forty years, I believe he said and Joe Brown has been married and divorced twice.

@anpuarcturus2 ай бұрын
@dhp3634 I see your point. Judge Joe Brown's life's experiences I find to be very educational. Being married and divorced twice doesn't bother me. When people get married three or more times, that's when I scratch my head. Demond Wilson's life experiences I find very educational too. His marriage is very rare. Most of us aren't taught how to pick the right mate, usually because our parents and beyond were not taught too.
@TheDesire667 ай бұрын
Mr. Wilson is absolutely right! Children need both parents! i am a single parent, not by choice, but i always preached to my children that when they were ready to have a family and settle down, to find a person to do that with. And i always told them to get married and have families. Not to be a single mom or a baby daddy, we have enough of that, its played out! And look at the damage its caused. We have whole communities where the majority of kids dont know where there father is, or who they are. And there are statistics to prove what growing up without a father can cause. We have a generation of lost people to to show for that. God showed us in the bible how he wanted us to raise children. He wasnt kidding!
