At my job, people are not allowed to be armed, but in the plan for an active shooter, "you are responsible for your own safety" is what the plan says. Really? How about letting me carry a .357? The law against murder didn't work, the law restricting firearms in an establishment that sells alcohol wasn't effective, the back ground checks didn't work, "see something, say something" was properly ignored by the government. I was in the closet when this happened, and I remember how fed up I was with radical Islam, but I wasn't able to even express this view in my uber-liberal and "gay-friendly" school. I am very skeptical of the political candidates, and honestly was not interested in a Trump presidency. When I saw this video I had new hope in my country's integrity and was a Trump supporter until the election. I have not lived to regret it and Trump has already helped institute my values more than I could have hoped. He has consistency and fights for what is right with more intelligence than he lets on. This was an incredible speech. I used to be on the left and after this horrendous attack on our LGBT citizens I was looking for answers. I watched this full speech and woke up. In no way does this man hate gays. I no way does this man hate hispanics and in no way does this man hate muslims. He loves America.
