I vacuumed sealed a large squashmellow, got no indication of anything then was so mad when they opened it up then said you can pack everything back up. REALLY… HOW! I had everything sealed so I could fit it all in and not pay for extra baggage.

Do the dogs stay at the airport all the time or do they go home with someone at the end of their “shift” just always been curious how it works with the working dogs at the airports Edit: seeing that doggo with that giant bone made my day like awww omg 😍🥰
@fionahawking786513 күн бұрын
They stay in a designated kennel near the airports. The handler picks them up at start of shift. Sometimes they retire to the handler due to bonds they have. The Australian version Border Security did a whole episode of the training and their 1st jobs in the airports.

06:00 And tobacco isnt an issue?😂 addiction at its finest. Also, 14:17 that is ridiculous. Been through heathrow and gatwick plenty of times, the lack of employees behind coupled with a sign the size of the phone and a simple "Goods to declare" sign above is just insane. They do it on purpose to confuse you. People who srent nationals will not understand because everywhere else in the world, there are employees at every point to help you. If they can fit as many people behind a desk, they will. Iv flown to many US air ports, canadian air ports, and my family travels a lot. The only saving grace is the declare card people dont seem to read. Which is what screws them in the end 😅
@suetaylor66232 ай бұрын
I kinda agree with you. That sign to use the red phone to declare is WAY too small! And each time i’ve passed by the ‘something to declare’ desk, there’s never been any officer manning the desk! It does appear that Customs try to ‘Confuse2trap’

It's pretty clear that the boy with the airplane information is on the autism spectrum by the way he speaks. He's also got a stutter. He fidgety behaviour could be down to being on the spectrum as well. He may have become obesessed with airplanes etc and it's his hobby to find out all about them. He's clearly English as he's got a northern accent and maybe his family is wealthy (from Dubai) and they can afford to allow him to travel as much as he does. Its clear that the customs officers are not trained enough to recognise when someone is exhibiting symptoms of autism or some other issues, and they really should be. They let him go, but before they did that, they put him through the mill for absolutely no reason and he was probably terrified. If it's obvious to us, watching the video that he was simply a bit different, why didn't the customs or police realise? That makes me so bloody angry.
@maddyc24129 күн бұрын
You don't know that, that's just your best guess, when they see someone is carrying sensitive information like that of course they need to investigate. Getting mad because they're literally protecting the country, what a clown

Okay, i am confused. I understand the problem with the cigaretts from Turkey, but the other was from Cran Canaria (Spain). Spain ist part of the europe union. So, could he have the cigaretts, when he would have declared them? Without paying for them again?
@noncambieranulla3 күн бұрын
He could have had only 800, even if it’s from Europe! If you bring more you have to pay the taxes, so he should have declared them, which he didn’t. May seem stupid, but it’s the law. This is why many people travel with family to t friends who don’t smoke so they can bring more cigarettes (at least this is what I do when traveling with my family as I’m the only smoker😅).

OMG Gary is such a dick. "You know enough English to smuggle cigs". So if I can't speak English I must be innocent? "How many times have you been to the UK?". I couldn't answer that question. Gary deserves a promotion. He's working well below his level of incompetence.

Cigarette guy wants to be arrested? Then by all means give the man what he's asking for...! Disturbing the peace, obstruction, failure to obey lawful orders, smuggling cigarettes, every charge that he can possibly be held for. No plea deals, no suspended sentences or fees, nothing...! Maybe then, he'll learn to obey the law and not behave like an @$$hole .

i have never traveled out of the US. so i don't understand some things. the huge cigarette haul is a no go because they aren't getting taxed? and what about charges being brought to the customs people for distress and anxiety they cause when they find nothing on you. i've watched a few of these and only heard 1 say they were sorry. i mean cavity body search and ripping your belongings apart and making you do an xray for nothing. seems they just want to bust someone so bad.
@OkkenBommАй бұрын
If (legal) goods brought between countries within EU, they have already been taxed (but you can only take amounts for personal use). No one sues custom personnel for doing their job.
@LynIoxIАй бұрын
outside of the US, its pretty uncommon for people to get sued for doing their job thoroughly
