My dad was an instructor at Winona State in the late 60s, early 70s. Lots of great memories from my childhood. I loved the annual Steamboat Days event.

I used to land survey for the City of Winona Engr. Dept.. I loved it, saw so many beautiful areas, especially the ravines. Deer all over the place, just gorgeous. m

@7:59 this is an effortless and yet important Minnesotan shibboleth: slap on the back meaning “get outta town!”. Or, “that is so incredible I almost might not believe you if I don’t know any better”. I love Minnesota.
