Loved this! I use all these products as my everyday and love it! I’m going away from makeup these days and allowing my skin to be the focus. Once we get our skin in a happy place it’s so refreshing to not to have to wear makeup.

I have the brush on powder, suncreen in bronze, the original sunscreen and the flex in fair and medium. The original is amazing and i have repurchased it 3 times becauae i use it every day. I find the flex fair is too light for me and the medium is too dark. I have mixed both the medium and fair flex together to get my ideal colour match but i find the cosistency too thick on my face so what i do is apply the ORIGINAL colorescience spf on back of my hand and add a tiny amount, maybe peasize of the flex in medium (a little goes a long way u dont need a lot with this) mix them both together and apply to my face. I find this gives the perfect colour; spreads really well and doesnt feel heavy on my face compared to if i just used the flex alone. Doing this routine gives me the most flawless and glowy coverage. Top up throughout the day with the powder brush on spf which was a huge spend but i use it a few times a day so worth it for me. Im in my 30' and only started to wear spf properly last year, so happy with colorescience 😁

I was initially gifted several products from this brand and ended up loving them. Didn’t realize the price point at that time 😮 but the products seem worth it because the SPF formulations are on point. Colorscience has lipstick/glosses that are amazing too. Haven’t had the chance to try the flex but am curious for sure. Also, love ❤️ the powder SPF brushes. Purchasing Colorscience on sale helps 😃.

I absolutely love your video not only because you show how to use each product but because you give us helpful tips and show the versatility of the products. Based on your video, i did plunge in and bought the flex, glow, bronzer, balms, mascara, powder and i actually tried their mineral eye powders. i love that you squirted the flex on your three fingers up to the second knuckle which not only gives you about the right amount of product but is also the correct way to mix it on your hands before applying. I too pressed the product on my face and it looks much better than just smearing it. as you pointed out, the glow and bronzer are an investment but are so versatile and will last forever. you can mix them with the flex, you can use them on their own (for me i would be too "glow y" or too bronze) or you can use the bronzer as a bronzer /contour and the glow as a highlighter. i use both on my lids (highlighting the brow bone and using the bronzer as a "shadow" with the blush). sadly, as you pointed out, if you are of deeper skin tone, the balms may not work for you and i found this to be true. i can use the berry (and their new rose color) on my cheeks --- sort of--- but it doesn't work well for my skin tone if i use it on my lips (i am more of a medium to medium tan). i am "older" (in my 60's) so none of their powders really worked for me. they were just too drying and caked. but (!!!) their mascara, while it costs an arm and a leg, is awesome! it is a rare product that does not clump, smell like chemicals, flake or burn my eyes! granted i do wish they had sales on products such as their mascara but they do have great sales on their flex products around the holidays. i love that the products look beautiful without making you look too overdone. i LOVE that, at night when i wash my face, i actually still have the product on! it doesn't sweet off (and i live in the high desert) it doesn't contain hyaluronic acid (which is absolutely lethal to the skin in areas with dry -no humidity- climates since the purpose of hyaluronic acid is to draw moisture to it and, if it isn't in the atmosphere around you- it draws it out from your skin!). Thank you again for the video as it is the reason i gave this product a second go as i agree, it is on one hand quite an investment but, because it takes the place of so many other products and is so versatile, and, when purchased on sale, it is worth it!

Just saw you said you didn't know if they had a dedicated lip product - they do and it's so good. it's a non-sticky gloss, SPF 35, smells subtly like peppermint, comes in a few shades, doesn't smell or taste like sunscreen, and it's a pretty nourishing formula too.

@@jaydsh the shade was slightly ashy on my skin tone, and despite applying less than 1/4 tsp it still ended up looking a bit cakey on me. It only looks good if I apply like 1 finger's worth imo. So I definitely can't use it as my only sunscreen product, more like a light BB cream

Super helpful video! And your makeup looked so pretty and natural; I love it! I only use their brush-on SPF 50 sunscreen and really love it. I put it on top of my foundation on the rare days I wear a full face of makeup; otherwise, I’ll just brush it on top of my moisturized skin. It’s so convenient to just be able and brush on sunscreen and be out the door. One word of advice: be careful when tapping the back of the brush to get product out. I had my brush-on sunscreen since late 2019 and a few weeks ago when I was putting it on, I tapped the back and for some reason, the entire back came open and 95% of the powder spilled all over me. So sad because it is an expensive product but it had been nearly 2 years since I bought it, so there was nothing they could do for me. I ended up repurchasing but got the 3 pack because it’s buy 2 get 1 free, which I felt was the best value. Anyway, thanks for the video! I’m definitely interested in trying out more of their products. I love that I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone with their skincare products that always double up as makeup products.

Your skin is beautiful. I love how you ended - “There you have it, about a thousand dollars later.” I just purchased the face shield Flex and the three color balms but haven’t tried as a full face yet. The products are very pricey, but Colorescience had a sale. I have other tinted sunscreen to finish up before I try the Flex. I am concerned with covering hyperpigmentation on the sides of my face. You are too young to address that concern, but what have you heard about covering age spots that appear on wiser women and Colorescience products?

Online it says the flex is a Demi matte. Is this accurate? I watched another video and the girl said she had dry skin and found the flex to be dewy and not a Demi matte. I live in a hot climate so dewy would slide off too fast. Xxx

As a general rule, the correct amount of sunscreen is about 1/8 of a teaspoon - not 4 lines on your fingers :)

The bare mineral spf loose powder/ foundation is better than the colorscience powder imo. And you get so much more and you can have very light or pretty full coverage depending on how much you use. You can use any sunscreen and let dry and then bare minerals. Also because it’s powder you can reapply.

Color science is good...but not all their products are worth it. Sunscreen makeup is cool but it's not a need. Skinbetter's sunscreen compact is amazing and worth the price it lasts so long and has much more coverage and sun protection than color science. The CLASSIC is a must from colorscience but it doesn't work with some skin tones.

Just came across your video, really enjoyed it. I am also looking for makeup in spf rather than the other way around. Plus I want to conceal my tired and dull look lol. By the way, have you used the Tint Du Soleil Whipped Mineral Foundation SPF 30? I'm very curious about it.
