I’ll be doing this workout soon. I’d do it today but my legs are sore from Stefan’s shooting drills. Holding a high standard has exposed a few muscle weakness I have so I’m grateful for that advice.

Loving the content has massively helped me too with my own individual sessions! Quick question for your different variations do you do just one set of each variation or two? (Toe touches, inside foot touches, single dribbling and etc)

I counted one set as going to the 18 yard box and back to the end line. I did one set for all of the variations. So for the one's that I did with just one foot at a time, I did one full set with each foot.

There's a problem I need help with, when I train and simulate that I'm dribbling against the " air." I feel my body shape is a little loose and I'm not tension if you know what I mean, but on the pitch, it's different. I mean like you can tell by my body shape while I play, I'm all tight up, not loosen enough especially when I go for those body faints and so, my body and my hips are so so tight as if some one is holding me tight or something, however, I'm all calm on the inside, yet I look tense, ain't loosen up on the outside. Also, it looks like I do so much thinking on the filed, but I'm not. When I go for one of those skill Im pretty damn sure I can do with ease, I end up failing, losing the ball. Ofc that's all bc my tighten up thing. Please, I need tips on this. I'm pretty sure I'm a decent player, but I can't help but making it worse and not making a single use of the true player I am on the inside. Please don't pass on this, and help me out with some tips or drills whatsoever

You need to loosen up your glutes. Loosen up your butt. You tighten up because you think that’s going to make you go faster but it’s not. Just relax your body and dribble. When you perform a move, relax your lower body and just move like you’re floating. Ultimately practicing relaxing your glutes and butt when running with the ball will eventually come natural and you’ll get better

Without knowing your age - by reading it sounds like lack of game time to perfect your body's memory motions. It will come - treat your team practices like you have something to prove. Practicing like it's in game situations when you take on your teammates will help (plus you don't have to worry as much about mistakes - that's why you practice) More repetitions and movements you want to get better at will bring comfortability - as it will become second nature. You won't even think about it :) Hope this helped! Thumbs up if it did :)

@@darshanalexander5570 I'm 28 years old, used to be pro, I got the ACL, and I don't want to say that my situation I explained up there is a result of my injury, but I do agree with you, it's a lack of practicing thing. Especially, that I quit pro football, and I been off the pitch for like 5 years maybe more, but when I play with ma friends, I'm not the player who I used to be by any mean, and I'm more focused on some " real life sh*t now " So, I realized it's not the prefect time for me to work on stuff like this anymore, and try to get back into what I used to do/be as a pro player back in the day. So, I'll take that as it is and live with it. Im not good as I used to be, I'm a total mess as player right now, if you see me you'd never believe I used to play pro. this is just life and how it works, it's harsh, yeah :D thanks for taking the time tho, much appreciated
