Summarised: challenge yourself over 12 days - have a consistent schedule and plan new you 10:32 - including daily meditation, journal and exercise, 5-10 mins each daily. add on any other activities to fill your time instead of dopamine hits e.g. school, business, work goals, life goals, sports, etc - no social media, games, netflix show binging, any dopamine hits, restrict to 1 hour a day if you like, suggests 1 hour of only one activity so your brain isn't used to multiple easy dopamine hits just allow yourself one - these small, good habits compound to a better you if you stay consistent + delayed gratification = happier you if you stick to these good habits - focus on good consumption, you are influenced by what you watch, read, your health is affected by what you eat, etc, who you talk to, surround yourself with people who aren't dragging you down. if you continue to use youtube go through and unsubscribe to any channels or content that isn't putting good into your life/is brain rot, stop watching trash tv shows or yt channels - ignore people who don't understand because they're where you don't want to be anyway focus on you, you know better and that you're gonna come out better having done this - write down 5 year goals/who you want to be in 5 years. keeps you motivated that these small short term habits will help you become that person in long term. 🌟THANK YOU for posting this vid Incognito. It is a great start as the new year approaches for us all to become our best selves in 2025

I am 4-5 months in my self improvement. I started in late July this year. For couple months, i started my first business, i developed discipline, started to eat clean, read more books, developed myself as a person, started to actually achive my goals from a couple months ago and this video reminds me of my beginning. Only if this video was available to me when i was starting. I failed to keep consistency for 2 weeks and now i am in the position i wanted to be 4 months ago with the business i wanted to start, the person I wanted to be, learned the skills i wanted to know and all these good traits. You're doing amazing favour with this video. Great job, not the BS that YT is filled with.

That’s great, I’m glad you’ve improved your life. What kind of business did you start?
**I. Introduction & Testimonials (**0:04** - **2:27**)** * **Premise:** This challenge has proven effective for thousands, offering a structured 14-day framework for personal improvement. * **Two Approaches:** 1. Watch the entire video then implement. 2. Implement each step immediately after watching the corresponding day's content. * **Testimonials:** Real stories from participants showcase the challenge's effectiveness: * Increased discipline and learning in a short period. * Taking action by joining the challenge leads to significant life changes. * Curiosity and taking that first step can lead to a new life. * **Call to Action:** Taking action throughout the challenge is crucial for success. Watching and implementing are the only requirements. **II. Day 2: The Turning Point & Backstory (**2:33** - **7:35**)** * **The "Click" Moment:** The challenge promises a moment of realization where everything changes. This moment serves as a marker for personal transformation. * **Incognito's Story:** * **The Worst Day:** December 23rd, 2019 (age 16) - Caught with weed by his father, leading to disappointment and a visit to an emergency department. * **The Need for Change:** This incident triggered the realization to change bad habits (video games, KZbin, Netflix, social media, weed). * **Initial Struggle:** Difficulty with self-improvement despite motivational videos. Stuck for about a year, trying various methods without success. * **Hamza's Influence:** A video about starting at "level one" with small daily activities led to a breakthrough. * **14-Day Transformation:** Consistency led to increased productivity and happiness. * **Action Taking:** * **Level One Analogy:** Starting with small actions, like killing chickens in a video game before tackling the dragon boss. * **Meditation Example:** Guided 30-second meditation within the video. * **Importance of Action:** Taking action, even when unmotivated, reinforces control. * **Day 2 Action Step:** Reflect on the short meditation practice and submit your thoughts to unlock Day 3. **III. Day 3: Developing Foundational Habits (**7:43** - **13:08**)** * **Skill Leveling:** Improving real-life skills (action-taking, physical health, mental health, mindset, productivity) similar to leveling up in a video game. * **Mental Health:** * **Scenario Comparison:** Perfect mental health vs. poor mental health and their impact on actions. * **Symptoms vs. Problem:** Procrastination, lack of motivation, etc., are symptoms of poor mental health. * **Physical Health:** Building a fit physique provides a visual representation of hard work. * **The Game Plan:** * **Actionable Steps:** 1. Wake up when the alarm rings (10 minutes for toilet, etc.) 2. Meditate (5 minutes using Medito app) 3. Gratitude Journal (10 minutes, 2 things) 4. Exercise (5-10 minutes, something easy in your room) * **Distraction Minimization:** Avoid checking phone during the morning routine. * **Instant Gratification Limitation:** Eliminate all except one most enjoyable activity (limited to 1 hour). * **Day 3 Action Step:** Write out your schedule and upload a picture to unlock Day 4. **IV. Day 4: Motivation and Discipline (**13:08** - **16:22**)** * **Focus on Showing Up:** Consistency and discipline are key, even if you're not perfect. * **Habit Replacement:** Replacing bad habits with good ones. * **Comparison with Friends:** Contrast your productive morning routine with the typical phone-checking routine of friends. * **Types of Motivation:** * **External Motivation:** Short-term, derived from outside sources (videos, movies). * **Internal Motivation:** Long-term, derived from within. * **Myth of Inspiration:** Successful people understand that action precedes motivation. * **"Who Do I Need to Become?"** Shifting focus from "what to do" to "who to be." * **Day 4 Action Step:** Write down two things you are proud of today. **V. Day 5: Self-Image (**16:33** - **19:27**)** * **Self-Image Defined:** How you view yourself (abilities, appearance, personality). * **Video Game Analogy:** Self-image is like your customized avatar in a game. * **Changing Self-Image:** * **Reminders:** 10 minutes before bed, journal about productive actions. "I am this type of person because I did this today." * **Action:** Taking action provides proof for self-image improvement. * **Example Journal Prompt:** "I'm dedicated to improving my life… because I've watched and followed… Incognito… I have taken action…because I'm a disciplined person." * **Day 5 Action Step:** Upload a picture of your previous journal entries. **VI. Day 6: Maintaining Momentum (**19:27** - **21:11**)** * **Focus on Habits:** Continue the morning routine and Day 3 rules. * **Action Over Consumption:** Taking action is more important than passively consuming content. * **Boredom Solution:** Start reading (recommended books: The Compound Effect, The Millionaire Fast Lane, How to Win Friends and Influence People, Discipline is Destiny). * **Day 6 Action Step:** No specific submission, focus on maintaining habits. *VII. Day 7: Leveraging The Compound Effect (**21:11** - **25:15**)* * **The Penny Analogy:** $3 million now vs. a penny doubling daily for 31 days. Illustrates the power of compounding. * **Compound Effect Principles:** * Small good habits over time = massive results. * Small bad choices over time = significant problems. * **Why People Don't Leverage It:** 1. Impatience: Giving up before seeing results. 2. Hard Work: Consistency and effort are required. * **KZbin Success Observation:** Real success requires hard work over time. * **Five-Year Goals:** Visualizing long-term goals in business/school, fitness, and relationships. * **Day 7 Action Step:** Write out your five-year goals and upload a picture. **VIII. Day 8: Memory vs. Time Effect (**25:15** - **28:38**)** * **Cause and Effect Time Frames (Sam Ovens):** Today's results come from past actions. * **Memory-Time-Effect Diagram:** * Memory of actions fades over time. * Effects of actions manifest in the future. * **Discouragement & Jumping Around:** Lack of immediate results can lead to abandoning strategies prematurely. * **Patience with Results:** Understanding that results take time is crucial. * **Day 8 Action Step:** No specific submission, reflect on the concept. **IX. Day 9: Voting for Your Future (**28:38** - **32:11**)** * **Action as a Vote:** Every action is a vote for your future self. * **Instant Gratification vs. Delay Gratification:** * Instant Gratification: Feels good now, worse later (e.g., TV, video games, TikTok). * Delay Gratification: Feels hard now, better later (e.g., workout, meditate, eat clean). * **The Election Analogy:** Choosing between the successful and unsuccessful versions of yourself. * **Analyzing Consequences:** Focus on long-term effects, not dwelling on small failures. * **Self-Improvement Journey:** A continuous process, not derailed by occasional slip-ups. * **Day 9 Action Step:** No specific submission, reflect on your actions. **X. Day 10: Input and Output (**32:11** - **35:26**)** * **Inputs:** What you consume (food, social interactions, content). * **Outputs:** Your actions and results. * **Input-Output Relationship:** Inputs influence outputs. * **"You Are What You Consume":** Updated version focusing on content consumption. * **Average Advice, Average Life:** Consuming average content leads to average results. * **Filtering Inputs:** Unsubscribe from KZbin channels that don't provide positive influence. * **Day 10 Action Step:** Take a screenshot of your remaining KZbin subscriptions. **XI. Day 11: Handling Failures (**35:26** - **38:20**)** * **Failure as Progress:** Failing is a natural part of self-improvement. * **Baby Walking Analogy:** Learning through trial and error. * **Reframing Failure:** Acknowledge failure as a specific task failure, not a personal failure. * **Journaling Prompt:** "I have failed [insert failure]. This failure is a part of my journey towards my goal." * **Day 11 Action Step:** Write about your failures using the journaling prompt. **XII. Day 12: Acknowledging Progress (**38:20** - **40:09**)** * **Reflecting on Improvement:** Recognize the changes made during the challenge. * **Journaling Prompt:** "I have done [blank] and that makes me a [blank] type of person." * **Example:** "I've taken action for the last 10 days… and that makes me a type of person who is able to stay consistent." * **Day 12 Action Step:** Journal using the provided prompt. **XIII. Day 13: Celebrating Progress (**40:09** - **41:32**)** * **Re-evaluation:** Rate yourself (1-10) in physical health, mental health, productivity, and mindset - compare with Day 1 ratings. * **Looking Ahead:** Prepare for the next steps after the challenge. * **Day 13 Action Step:** Complete the self-rating and compare with Day 1. **XIV. Day 14: The Next Step & Conclusion (**41:32** - **41:55**)** * **Continuing the Journey:** Plan for maintaining progress after the challenge concludes. * **Feedback Request:** Provide feedback on the video and suggest future content. This document serves as a comprehensive guide to Incognito's 14-day challenge, providing a structured format for understanding and implementing the principles presented.

Day 2 Completion (5:42) - Thoughts: I'll keep this short and sweet. The meditation made me feel more energetic than I did this whole day. It's 7:40 pm rn and today was another one of my typical days where all I did was sleep, play video games, watch youtube, watch the hub, and eat. It's an absolutely disgusting life but I always find myself getting sucked back into it no matter how much I try to change. This meditation has given me hope though. I know it might sound like a strange thing to say but I truly believe it. I woke up for another nap and went on YT when i randomly found this vid. I was still in my bed while watching it but when he said to immediately get up and meditate, I didn't hesitate or procrastinate like I usually do. I took ACTION! Despite my terrible lifestyle I truly do have many goals I want to achieve. Even when I plan them all out taking action has always been something I struggle with due giving into sinful desires and temptations. I felt like I lost control or that I never had control in the first place but now I know control is possible but it requires IMMEDIATE action. No more procrastination or hesitation. I'll be doing day 2 again tomorrow since this is technically day 1. After that I'll continue with day 3 and forward Edit: Like everything I fell off but I’m restarting again today. Wish me luck 💀

Day 2 Checkpoint : I liked the meditation, thank you. It was nice to come back to the present moment, and it felt quite short. I'm proud of myself to take action. Day 3: it was tough, I haven't done it perfectly, instead of waking up at 8, I woke up at 11:30 and I did open my phone to check it, although briefly. I then however, decided to keep going even imperfectly and did my meditation (although for 3 mins only), gratitude journal for 5 mins and my potsure exercise for 25-30 mins. I ams truggling to block social media completely, as I like youtube videos, however, I need instagram and tiktok to learn how to do reels videos (that's something I learn right now...) Day 4: I'm proud of myself to show at this challenge and keeping going. I am proud of doing back exercises and improving my posture.

day 2: This meditation was something else. My mind was foggy, but when I closed my eyes and started breathing, I heard my father's cough, my sister studying, and even the noise outside the building. I began to feel the chair I was sitting on and the slippers I wore. I felt the present, that everything was clear, with no foggy mind and no distractions. It was a good experience, and I am excited about this challenge. I also viewed several videos on self-improvement but never actually started doing one. I mean, yeah surely, over the years, I did improve some things about my life and my mindset, but that was the minimum, I wanted more, I wanted to be successful in all domains. So, let's see this 14-day journey and I am excited about it. Wish me luck. Day 4: 1- I am proud of doing the morning routine 2- I am proud I started working on a website to make money from (I actually elaborated but I lost it since the app crashed so there's no need to rewrite it) Day 7: I've been slacking off in the daily habits because I caught a flu but I'm still on this journey (Surely, I take the blame when I was able to do some habits even if I'm sick), here are my goals for the next 5 years: * Business/School: - Finished my CS degree and maybe a Mathematics degree or at least a minor - Ran a successful business that will generate at least 40k per month * Fitness: - Built the body I want (Low BF and good muscles) - Achieve good athleticism * Relationship: - Married - Have 1 child or 2 children Day 10: I removed the channels that didn't provide me with good material, I didn't remove much because I usually do this every couple of months. Anyway, this journey has been awesome, and here we are on day 10, couple more days to go! Day 13: Physical Health: 5+ (I still need more work to see results, but with daily workouts, and good food it'll be much better) Old: 4 (I have an OK body but it's far below my goal, and who wants something OK when you can have something amazing? so my rating is low) Mental Health: 8 (My mental health is better because of the good habits I am following, and because I am more productive now) Old: 4 (My mental health wasn't good because I was in the middle of the vacation with nothing productive going on, usually it's better during university days, so this video came in the right time) Productivity: 7 (I became more productive, even though this is the Christmas vacation, I started running my own business) old: 3 mindset: 9 (My mindset became even better, I understood that this is my journey and that small steps have a huge impact in the future. I used to have a good mindset but it was extreme, now I'm more balanced and I Understand things more) old: 6.5 Feedback: Hey Incognito, this challenge is amazing, balanced, well paced. In my case, I took it because I was in the middle of the vacation wasting my time, but for someone who really needs self-improvement and wants to start from zero, it's the perfect self-improvement video I've seen. Moreover, although I didn't expect to learn much, I did learn a lot, and I knew that I was extreme in some ideas, for example, I used to stop doing things when I used to do small work, which I learned that this is a wrong action and that in the long run, the benefit of fruits of what I planted i.e the seeds (the small things) will come. I recommend that anyone in the future who reads my comment go through this challenge and commit to it. I'm out. (As someone says)

day 1~ meditation: i was already lying down resting my eyes when the meditation began. so i followed your instructions and breathed deeply. i noticed my hands, legs, feet, and surrounding sound, which was not something new to my usual. then you said “what you are experiencing is the present moment, just be here for a couple seconds,” and i smiled. when it came time to open my eyes, i shed 2 tears. i’m 16, and i know i need to be present and enjoy life now, i wanna believe in myself. that i can help myself. day 2~meditation: im here again, because I’ve made it my mission to stay consistent, im excited for tomorrow’s checkpoint!

Day 2 checkpoint: You're right. I didn't expect myself to follow along, but i did. And it felt nice to notice things around me and slow down for a bit, to breathe and absorb what I feel. I hope to oeep coming back every day and finish the 14 days. Im glad i stumbled upon this

Day 2 checkpoint- The meditation was super unexpected but when you told me to close my eyes and just breathe, I felt present; almost observing the moment as it is without having any worries or goals; but just present. That's an incredible feeling to experience.

Day 2: The meditation was a very nice experience! Getting to just breathe and slowdown was a nice change of pace :> Intermission: Got sidetracked with the holiday but now I'm back. Day 3: Continued with the meditation earlier morning. It's currently noon and I just finished my game-plan for my morning routine. Day 4: I am proud of myself because I have started to take action into improving myself. I am also proud because I actually managed to accomplish my morning routine today without using my phone immediately. Day 5: The journey continues... I still struggle with sleeping early, but my morning routine is getting better. Day 6: So far, so good! I'm thinking of reading "The Millionaire Fastlane". Here's to another good day :> Good luck to everyone doing the challenge :) Day 7: I've written up my goals for the next five years. I overindulged myself today, but I did start reading the book. Day 8: Happy New year! Your words about results really helped me get back on track. Day 9: ✅

Day 2: I don't know whether or not it was because I was tired, but damn that meditation felt peaceful. I stayed like that for about a minute after you said to open our eyes and heard noises I'd never paid attention to before like the fridge, lamp, clock, traffic, etc. I have a good feeling about this program sort of thing.

Day two: I thought about how I'm almost never present in the moment, in the physical world. "What you're experiencing now is the present moment" hit hard. I'm way too much in my head, thinking about the future and just abstract objectively non existant worries and possibilities. It's easy to forget what reality is when have been existing exponentially more inside concepts and thoughts, in our minds, rather than in the material reality, physical world. This brief 30s moments I got to actually feel my body and the environment I am in, the sounds, the wind, the tingling from the blood rushing through my body, my breathing and my heart beating... served to change my view and perspective about how I've been experiencing life. I always underestimate meditation, but I understand it now, I think.

I have done up to Day 9, and I fell back into my old habits, so I will restart. Day 1-2: The meditation was calming, and I felt more control, as said in the video. Day 3: Done ✅ Day 4: Done ✅ I went to a monastery and voluntarily did a 2 hour meditation. At first, it was hard to concentrate, but as I kept doing it, it got easier and easier. I felt like I had more control over myself, and I was able to listen to my emotions and understand them much better. Afterwards, I learnt a lot from this experience. Firstly, I realized that I don't actually need to go to a monastery to meditate, I can do it in the comfort of my own home. It really is just about taking action and doing simple, boring things. During the first few minutes of the meditation, I was always searching for things to think about and not focusing completely on the breathing. I was "trying" to concentrate on my breath, but then I realised that due to the stress that I felt, I was always breathing very heavily, and was overthinking alot for such a simple task. As I kept carrying on, I felt more comfortable and happier and my breathing got softer. I have never felt this kind of peace in a very long time.

Holy shit, I actually made it to day 13. That 30 sec meditation triggered something in my brain to follow through this whole process. Day 3 7:42 Day 4 16:00 I woke up at the time planned (7:30am) , actually did a 3 min plank, took a bath and started my workday. My energy level feels great. Had lower screen time on social media. Day 5 I am dedicated to improving my life and I'm following this video one day at a time. I am also a person who take care of my health, I got 6.5 hours of sleep last night (which is higher than my average hours in the past 3 month ) and did exercise this morning after I woke up. Day 6 19:30 Added in pushups to my morning exercise. Only got 1 set of 8 and 1 set of 4 pushups before my body didn't come up any further. Day 7 21:13 Haven't watched the day 7 yet, just reporting my morning routine. Push-ups are 8+4 still. Got a 40 minutes meditation session. Day 8 25:18 It's weekends here but I still woke up at 6:40. Continued the morning routine. Day 9 28:45 Keeping the morning routines and night routine consistant. Started reading the compound effect book. Day 10 32:14 Routines are still consistent, except for some days, I stayed a bit over my supposed sleep time. For today's checkpoint, I cannot unsubscribe from the creators I genuinely like and want to support. The recommendation page is not showing all of my subscribed content anyways so, I will control my content consumption with an alternative method. Day 11 35:30 I have failed to sleep at the scheduled time for two days(may be more?) in this challenge. It's just part of the process. I learned that if you don't get your body into bed at least 30 minutes before your scheduled bed time, you will not sleep at the said time. Your body and your brain needs to process that you are in bed and ready to sleep. You couldn't just drop in and hope to have a sound sleep right away. Day 12 The video says to journal the prompt I am ... person, because I did ..... on this day again. But I have been writing this prompt everyday for the past 10 days. So that makes me a person who can stay consistent. Finished the book "The Compound Effect" today. Felt kinda awkward with the sales tactics and self plug towards the end of the book by the author but there's enough good points to take from. Day 13 40:12 I'm gonna continue this routines and use this frame as my basic habits and then stack more good habits from there. Thank you for the video.

I’m gonna give this a go! I’ll update here, because I’ve got nothing better to do! Day 1: I messed up and did the meditation on day one so I’ll just do it again today. Day 2: That was quite nice. Normally I’m not a big fan of meditation but 30 seconds is manageable. Sometimes when I’ve listened to guided meditations in the past they would be saying in and out so fast that I would be practically hyperventilating, but that was the perfect speed! I’m also going to do a longer meditation by myself so I’m still progressing. Day 3: wake up at 9 meditate at 9:10 gratitude journal at 9:15 check the mail 9:20 (I put check the mail as it’s a bit of a walk and takes about 5 min so it seems like a perfect way to get some exercise while feeling like I’m not

Day 4! I‘m proud of myself for getting up this morning even tho I was doubting the task, the time and to be quiet honest: myself. So I‘m happy to have pushed myself to be disciplined regarding this checkpoint! And I‘m also very proud to not have given in on instant gratifications like instagram doom-scrolling, but rather commited my time to watching lenghty videos about topics I wanted to learn more of or even watching a whole movie without getting distracted, feeling bored or stopping in the middle to „continue another time“

1/2nd Day: The meditation did surprise me, but I did it:) 3rd Day: Did everything as told and make the plan. I really like that you made a schedule for us instead of telling us to make one ourselves, because every self-improvement video that I've watched just does that and I just feel directionless when I'm holding my pen and paper. But not this time so, thank you very much for that:) 4th Day: 1. I'm proud of myself for doing the challenge/ morning plan 2. I'm proud of not smoking a cigarette today Day 5: That was pathetic lmao, I relapsed and wasted the whole day yesterday. Didn't do a single thing from the routine or my to-do tasks, I didn't even watch the vid. So, I'm gonna redo day 5 Day 5 Redo: Okay, I did everything and I'm back on track:) Day 6: Still on track:) Day 7: I always say that I have no direction in life but listing all of these goals are making me rethink Day 8: Fumbled a bit with my routine today but I still got some things done Day 9: I'm here, Merry Christmas! Day 10: Damn, that was more than 10 youtubers that I just unsubscribed to Day 11: Supposed to be day 12 but I slacked off yesterday and used cleaning the house as an excuse not to make an entry or open my journal. I felt bad for missing a day, but this part really snapped me out of the guilt. Thank you Day 12: Damn, it's been 12 days already? Amazing Day:13 Happy New Year everyone! I got caught up in the celebration and didn't get to do a submission, but I still stuck with my routine:) My Ratings: Physical Health: 8/10 Mental Health: 9/10 Productivity: 9/10 Mindset: 9/10 My life really improved by joining this challenge, thank you so much Incognito:)
