So these are the tips she gave in her video: 1. Light a candle everytime you're productive 2. Stick a colour by number page on your wall and fill one section in when you've completed a task 3. When sporting, leave your phone away 4. Add a color filter on your phone to make it less attractive 5. Add things together: add a task you do everyday together with a task you want to get done 6. Get the hard things on your to-do list done before the easy ones 7. Set fake deadlines for yourself to get things done before they actually need to be done 8. Don't do anything while eating, just eat 9. Batch similar tasks to spare time 10. Go to the bathroom and to bed without taking your phone with you

As an older person I can tell you one thing: the feeling of having all the time in the world is the best way to spend your life. Stressing out about wasting time is the biggest time waste of all! Doing nothing for a whole summer as a teenager or student felt like a year long era to me. Being time conscious makes time feel like it's going faster. Enjoy being young and feeling the eternity of your long life ahead of you ❤

i have heard this advice from so many elders, but with all due respect, you dont get it.... Its hard to live a good or respectable life now, its hard to have a good salary, its hard to be good at studies or be able to go to your dream uni. This generation is being constantly reminded of the fact that they wont be good enough by living slow or by taking a chill pill. as much as i wish that i could actually implement your advice , i just can't because i am a middle class kid from a nation that constantly fails to care for its middle class or its students.
@MariaSantos-uo3pb26 күн бұрын
@@heyVishnu75exactly. We are constantly being rushed to meet certain benchmarks; and while a lot of it is arbitrary, a good amount does impact your current and future quality of life. There are deadlines that need to be met sometimes, unfortunately. Most people don’t have the luxury of being able to slow down

3:17 this is actually helpful! A few weeks ago when i had to make my bed like with new sheets and all that, I thought „omg this is gonna take sooo long“ then something came to my mind. I set a timer for each task while doing the bed, for example changing one sheet , changing another one etc. And for each task, i set a timer between between 30s and two minutes. And yes, I was a little stressed, but I did it and because of that, it only took me five minutes to do everything. Usually it takes like 15 or 10 minutes.

I’m an expert at wasting time, and I hate that I KNOW I should be doing something, to be using the time I have, but not doing it. I guess one of the biggest reasons we waste time is because we don’t see the urgency. Like, if someone’s a student and they think, “Oh, this upcoming test isn’t that important to me, I could just get a minimum number and I’ll be okay with that”, it makes them (us) want to procrastinate. Like, actually WANT to waste time. Or maybe it only happens to those who already waste time, making them fall into a vicious cycle of procrastination and failure. I couldn’t tell. There’s nothing as horrible as looking back and thinking, “What have I been doing all this time?” And constantly calculating how much you could have done in the time you wasted. I’m sorry if I made you guys reading this upset. But I really do hope we all find a way to get out of this and get what we wanted. Best of all to everyone out there! I know we can do it!

This is really good advice, but let's make something clear: not everyone has the same 24 hours. A single mother who works two jobs has very different hours than a middle upper class teenager who can focus solely on herself and her studies. A disabled person has very different hours than someone without a disability. And so on. This is GREAT advice, but you can't market it as useful for everyone, because this won't fit in everyone's day-to-day schedule.
@ami.27115 күн бұрын
True but everyone does get 24 hrs in a day. Like you said, not everyone can have that luxury to fit tips like these into their daily schedules. Everyone runs their own race. We can't blame the ones that have got more free time than us. It's not necessary to follow through every tip.

@rubynauts2317Ай бұрын
@@Lazh-_- Absolutely, you're right... and I personally think that the author had to kill Erwin hence to make the rumbling/final arc possible because..let's be honest, i don't think aot's tragic conclusion would be possible if it was Erwin there. And it's funny the fact that to replace his role, we needed two characters which are Hanji (for his position as commander) and Armin (as his strategic way of thinking) and yet, it wasn't enough. As you said, his conclusion still was good and he's also my favorite character in media at this point. Thanks to him, i learned how to get my shit together and always look for better perspectives in any situation that I'm in. His way of thinking is that brilliant and inspiring. I used to wish to meet someone like him irl but i got a new goal: it's to be like him. Btw it was cool meeting someone who see Erwin as a character with depth, I really appreciate that. Sasageyo 🤍
