We can ship to Texas. Our park models are considered RVs so they do not qualify for a VA loan. You would have to proceed with a RV or personal loan. @@jeepsanddragons

Our park models are built to ANSI code therefore they do not carry a wind zone certification as a HUD code would.

The walls are just awful. Why do these home manufacturers make the VOG walls with such terrible patterns? Not one of my favorite models I’ve seen. I do think the shower surround/tile is nice.

It's understandable that everyone has different tastes when it comes to interior design. Home manufacturers often aim to create designs that appeal to a broad range of preferences, but it's impossible to please everyone. As mentioned below, we also offer a white shiplap & tongue/groove interior wall option as well.

I could have at least cleaned the storage box under that bed back. Look nasty screwed and dust sawdust scattered in it looks like a mobile home my friend bought praying ball from a mobile home plant come out of it nasty I've worked in Mobile Home plants I have delivered to Mobile Home plans I've never seen a home come out of a mobile home manufacturing plant nasty in the heat duct sawdust screws plaster clean your stuff up before you show it on the video that's my opinion but you know how that goes
