These videos are useless because the products used are never listed. I can video myself suturing a wound or a video of removing wrinkles by injecting 'something' or ... the videos can be endless. But without a product list, they, too, would be as useless as these.

I observed that as the vachetta gets older, the top layer is scraped. So, the stain is absorbed and becomes permanent. While its still new, you can easily wipe it off with wet wipes… Some people “clean” their leather but actually only scrubbing the top layer. It will crack sooner or later, thats why we don’t recommend.

@@LVMonocraftsDesign Thank you for responding! Unfortunately I took the advice of nonprofessionals and ruined the leather. And yes, my handles did crack afterwards. 😢 But I have a bag whose leather I’ve never touched and it has the most beautiful honey color along with a beautiful sheen! I think it’s best to leave it along and let it age naturally. Thank you again!

No, those are aftermarket straps which are the wrong shape and VERY fake looking.

The replacement straps are a completely different shape where they attach to the bag and look like the shapes found on early fake Neverfull bags from China. Now the authentic bag looks fake from across the room. Plus, the straps are the only thing which are attached by hand by LV. You sewed them on by machine, but the top trim which is done by machine at LV, you sewed on by hand. This is the opposite of how the authentic is put together.

Im not very sure I understand what you’re trying to say, but we try to retain as much as possible those vachetta parts with embossed logo or attached with LV rivets…
