I love one brand videos!! That Noxema smell.... once you've used this foundation, you will never forget that fragrance. The only product from this video that I own and use regularly is the eyebrow pencil. The taupe shade is a perfect match for my light brown hair (shade 6N, LOL!) And, the 90's woman came out in me when I loved the bronzed peach shade lipstick, I might just have to pick one of those up! I also really liked the bronzer and blush. The best thing about these videos is learning about new products. The best thing about Covergirl is the fact that they went cruelty free, while other large drugstore brands have not, so GREAT JOB Covergirl!! It amazes me that no matter what makeup you use, you always look beautiful in the end (you make the products work for you!) My only problem is I can't find light enough shades in their foundations, and you're right, they should work on the shade range!! Sending lot of love and hugs!!❤❤❤

I love that you like the bronzed peach shaded! I picked it up because my mom always used a peach shade of COVERGIRL lipstick (not that shade, but a different peachy one.) I was so impressed with the eyebrow pencil! It wasn't too long ago, it seemed like if you wanted a quality eyebrow pencil you almost had to invest in a high end one, but I have been so impressed lately with my drugstore brow pencils! ❤️ And you are so right about their shades for this foundation... when I opened up the bottles to swatch... I was a little afraid I might not be able to do the video due to the foundations being so far off from my natural shade... but then I just took it down my neck, and called it a day! 😂 And YES!!! to COVERGIRL for going cruelty freeeee!!! 🙌🏻 Normie and I whole-heartedly support that!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Girl you aren't a nutter at all! 😂 I think it was something to do with the tone of the (warm) foundation clashing with the (cool) iridescent lip color? I'm not sure, maybe it was partly due to my lighting? all I know is I could NOT pull it off! 😂❤️

@@foundationlady I hope some of the skincare works for you. It all works for me, and I have rosacea and sensitive skin, but I don’t (so far) have issues with acne. I’m so glad you love the mascara! It’s my new favorite because it’s tubing, and I don’t have to murder my lashes to get it off! Guess what?! We’re buying a different house! I can email you a link if you’d like to see it. We’ve already had our inspections done. Just waiting for the seller to get a termite inspection (hopefully that goes well!) and we will close May 17!

What did you think of this foundation? Did you like it? This foundation was the first foundation I used as a teenager in the early 70's. I always liked that "Noxzema" scent. I have a friend who still uses this foundation. I've thought about trying it again at age 67.

Hi there! 🥰 Thanks for your question! I though once I had it on it looked nice, however it burned the first couple of minutes, due to the eucalyptus/menthol ingredients. I'm currently using two topical medications from my dermatologist though (tretinoin and clindamycin) which I'm guessing probably had to do quite a bit with the "burning" sensation... so if you regularly use a retinoid, I'd say this might not be the first foundation I would steer you toward. However, if you have normal to oily skin, and have either a warm or cool undertone (there aren't many neutral options available in their line) then this might be one you want to try! ❤️

Wonderful video, thank you! I actually like (but rarely use) the foundation; it's really quite pretty. Honestly, the Noxzema smell is nostalgic, but I think it's time they let that go. No amount of nostalgia is worth burning skin, lol. As always, you made the products your own and created a beautiful finished look--loved it!

That's a great idea for a video! 🤗 Have you ever tried a concealer by Dermablend? Does the spray have a heavy fragrance? I've been using MAC Fix+ for years, but I'd like something with a finer most. I actually like the scent of Fix+; it's the spitting I don't like.

Hi Elizabeth! 🤗 I wouldn't say it has a "heavy" fragrance, but there is definitely a fragrance... it's kind of a light floral-y scent, for me personally it doesn't feel overwhelming, but it's not quite as light as the Fix+ Fragrance. However, I am in LOVE with the beautiful fine mist it provides! 🥰 I'm definitely a fan of the mist and how it works, and an even bigger fan of the price! ❤️

Hi Loretta! 🤗I was actually surprised by how well it performed! I hadn't used it since high school. ☺️ I really liked how it looked on the skin, but unfortunately the eucalyptus/menthol (the Noxema smell) seemed to irritate my skin right now (since I'm using topical creams an ointments to help with my acne.) So I probably won't reach for it, while I'm on my current medications. Are you a fan of this one? ❤️

@@foundationlady yes I’ve used it since high school it’s water based which is good I also like the skin tints out now I’m 67 and don’t like the heavy foundation. I don’t have acne prone skin. I would like for you to review the new skin tint out from wet and wild and let me know what you think of it. Thanks.

I can use their powders and the stick concealer, but otherwise the face products are just not a match for my skin. Too yellow or too pink and too dark to begin with. Looked lovely on you though
