You're incredible! Tried the first milestone this morning for 1h30 and it's amazing. Started really slow and with 30 mins it started kicking in the 2s and 4s. I have been doing your 6 stroke rolls drumeo workouts basically everyday for 2 months and they were game changer! Started at 90% speed and I am already at 140% ! Leading left and right. One of the best drum teachers out there!

Maybe I'm missing something, at approx 37:50 you're playing 44242 substituting the K for the accented note which is Klrr Krll KlKlrr, however you're not respecting the sticking. I see you playing Klrr Klrr, KrKrll. Thats is totally fine but for a substitution method with out a reason or explanation on when/why/where to disregard the sticking this isnt helful.
