This video contains a session designed to improve your speed of play, awareness, first touch, short passing and overall midfield play. It can be done either with a partner/teammate/friend or individually, using a wall or rebounder. To progress these drills, make sure you’re checking your shoulders, and even adding disguise. It should take you around 60 minutes to complete. It’s an enjoyable session, and will get you loaded touches on the ball without being too intense or demanding on your body.
