You do have the feature to bounce in place. You went right pass it. "Commit" is the feature name. Right Click on the title of the track you're committing. You could also right click on the plugin itself and commit up to that point.

The easiest way is to just add a stereo or mono audio track and just drag it down and it will convert it to audio. It takes seconds and you don't have to listen to the track all the way through. It's also important that you have delay compensation on.

Doesn’t pro tools save project to ram cache, or at least it is an option. I swear that is one of the best features I have ever seen in a daw. Ram is seriously fast, even ssd isn’t as quick as ram. This song is hard by the way.

Do I put the second verse on separate tracks, is there a way to apply effects to the clips themselves opposed to the tracks? How would I go about getting that done Wavy?

As contemptuous as many people have for it, Audition is way more considerate in this area, it allows you to add efx to the individual clips and not just the tracks so I was trying to see how to translate my mixing process over to pro tools as efficiently as possible, which reminds me: do you know of any pro tools compatible Graphic Band EQ with at least 20 different bands/parameters? I can't seem to locate one

If you make a new audio track and drag the midi pattern into it, it should convert it to an audio file. It should be that easy, NOT 100% sure 😅. With PT 2018 & up I think lol

You have to hit commit to bounce down midi to wave. But you probably figured that out by now

Hey Fam that’s a good question. Basically think of it as like one of those new cars that turn the engine off when you aren’t driving at a stoplight. Dynamic plugging in processing basically stops Plug-ins from using DSP when they are not processing audio and allows them to use the SP only win audio is being processed. This helps to make the system run more efficiently.

I seen on the lead vocals when you was using RComp you set your threshold and left it there then start moving the ratio down I thought the reduction meter had to go past the ratio to get compressed?

@@waynewav It's a legit feature and would have prevented your CPU from dropping out the first time you went to bounce to audio. Autotune Pro is a CPU hog, that's what's draining the most.
