✨ To receive: Tune into the present moment. Breathe slowly. Promise yourself an open mind and heart. Be willing to receive. Notice any sensations in your body. Notice if you feel lighter, more clear. The words are not meant to be mentally understood. Listen softly with your minds eye, your intuition. This trains you to, over time, to be more available to listen to the world around you. With less frustration, and more of your senses. More of your heart. To be grounded in and listening to your physical body. While feeling more peace and loving presence for the world around you
Watching and/or listening to this video will align you to the encoded frequencies. You can listen to this video as many times as you like. Perhaps while meditating, laying down, before sleeping, showering, cleaning, working out or as you wake up. The more you watch and listen, the more you harness the frequencies through blocks in your being.
