I enjoy your videos of camping out in wilderness. You are such a hard worker. I use to camp out in the everglades wildness when I lived in Florida, especially loved traveling the everglades wilderness waterway from Everglades City to Flamingo and back. I love even more camping out in the Selway Bitterroot Wilderness of Montana where I moved to in 1976. I founded the Montana 500 mile sled dog race in 1982 and camping out with my 16 dog team. Now I really miss those days, but I'm 75 years old and recovering from a cancer operation.

Brooke, I have to admit, when binging on your videos, (as I have for the past few days..., depression and anxiety, blah, blah, blah...), I have broken at least one of the Ten Commandments. "Thou shalt not covet..."!! Watching you, Dave and the woofs do all these wonderful things, just makes me so desirous of what you are capable of, the simplicity you enjoy after all the hard work..., my green eyed monster comes roaring to the forefront. Through that green haze, I do glean and apply in my life what I can. At 60, with medical complications, it isn't possible for me to walk that walk. So..., I binge watch, dream and wish I could start life again in my 20's, with a healthy body, you on my laptop to teach me all the ins and outs of living a wonderful, adventurous and in "my" eyes a less stressful life. Many thanks to you for sharing with us all that you do and sending wishes for many more interesting and cool adventures!! *Sorry so VERY long winded!*

You remind me of myself. Love the outdoors and camping. Down to earth and letting things fall where they may. Love your Thankfull prayers. This is what we are meant to enjoy. Simple and it becomes magical all on it's own. Keep Maisey close, she will take care of you. Most people do not understand the peace of mind that comes of why you do what you do. I understand and appreciate.

Katherine Conaway ya know katherine this lovely excistence was how our Heavenly Father meant life to be. His original purpose for mankind was a perfect mind and body n life everlasting on a beautifull earth. After God’s creation was finished He said everything was just right.why would He create imperfect mankind? The fact is He didn’t so what happened? Gods word tell us. Please read Genesis 3 1-5 and the whole chapter. More questions can be answered from the Bible on JW.org. This is a free websit..

There’s definitely something special about a fire! The power went out from 8pm - 2:45. Immediately I started a fire in the fireplace, and I was so relaxed and wanted to go to bed., sadly it’s a wood fireplace and not a wood stove so I needed to feed it often and monitor it till the power came on! I really want a wood stove now! And then I will have no power days! I think that would be amazing and relaxing. I also want to build a shelter on the property and have a fire and sleep outside! Sounds so perfect! Enjoyed your singing too! 🦋

I envy you being in the woods during a full moon on a clear night. It's magic. It seems like all creatures take advantage of the extra light; the deer feed throughout the night, raccoons seem to be everywhere and you can see deep into the areas that are typically invisible during a dark night. It's even easy to spot owls in trees. I have been fortunate enough to be in deep country in northern PA during a full moon with a light late November snow covering - that's almost like daylight! Especially since animals are foraging for what's still left to gather against the coming deep of winter. You can spot the red fox chasing mice and voles from half a mile. Wonderful stuff. Enjoy it! Age robs us so quickly - unexpectedly - of so many things.
