12mm bolt at bottom of stern below oil reservoir that has a crush nut and will drain the remaining oil after sucking out the reservoir...

That is correct. I still have not figured out a good way of getting down to that bolt without making a massive mess In the bottom of the bilge. If you have a good technique for that please pass that on. To me, this is a slightly more cumbersome but effective way of doing a full oil change. That being said, I really don't personally see much of a regular season use for doing a full oil change anyway. Maybe every couple years...?
