Build a great set of full range speakers for you desktop PC. Great for music, videos and gaming. User your 3d printer and the Dayton Audio RS100-4 Reference Series 4 ohm 4 inch full range drivers and some low cost parts. PETG (preferred) and PLA can be used. In this case silky multi-color PLA is being used.
Build instructions and parts list are at www.printables...

Very nice! Any accoustic calculations of enclosure?

For the internal volume, I used the recommendations for a sealed enclosure provided by Dayton Audio. Now that it's built and working, I will take and post some measurements once I receive my calibrated microphone. Stay tuned.

@@KapmansBasementWorkshop Nice. I have the great experience with Dayton PS95-8 and verniered box for wine. This is one of easiest speaker to implement diy. Now started thinking about print enclosure on our Ender. Your filament is amazing!

@@Wolny248 , One mistake I made was printing the bodies and then the bezels. Print the bezel then body, the 2nd bezel then body so you end up with a seamless color transition. Probably obvious, but I thought of the bezels after I printed the bodies. So I had the order not quite right. I've also printed another pair with PETG, much stronger overall. I recommend PETG if you can.

@@KapmansBasementWorkshop I glued the inside of the Logitech Z5500 loudspeakers with a thin adhesive felt. This dampens the vibration of the walls. Bass ceased to be "plastic" It began to be like from wooden wooden enclosure. That my plan . Print thin enclosure, put some felt inside . PS95- need sealed enclosure 0.11 ft3 vs your 0.06ft3. There is a project for PS95 - Rass Reflex. IMHO too small for BR www.thingiverse.com/thing:2388647 but Your project is fresher and nicer.

@@Wolny248 , Thank you! I saw that project as well. Very nice and vented. It probably gets lower in bass response. In my case, I built a matching subwoofer so I was not that concerned with the bass from these. I like the sound of sealed speakers and I wanted the main cabinet to be built as a single piece. I'm not a fan of glueing if I can avoid it. By the way, I will be posting an update of the subwoofer in the next week or so. I've made a few improvements.
