You called yourself a rookie in your security door video. While you may not be a professional, everything you've done looks extremely professional. It's quite an impressive build.

Top quality build. Looks just like an apartment, but on wheels. Nice work.

Quietest/highest quality computer fans are Noctua brand. Add a small potentiometer to the fan circuit and you'll have a knob for easy speed control so you don't have to run them on full tilt all the time.

Need to put some anti-rodent netting. otherwise they can climb up the wheel, through the ducting and into the electronics cab.

Early on I thought "what about the TV!" but you got it covered. Velcro is great and less hardware to mess with. Very nice.

One thing to do is to reinforce the door hinges of your wardrobe. It's IKEA. And Ikea door hinges break at the best of times on land let alone in a moving truck. You will need to add an strong adhesive to your hinges and then screw them into the frame before they break off later.

The vent hole above the tire could get quite wet from the water spray off of the road maybe a rear facing opening with a screen,instead of downward might save you from water damage!

The heat from the cabinet should keep it dried out
@TheTechnoBarbarian2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I considered that but I can find a directional vent that should prevent that if necessary

It’s never happened to me but I’ve heard of other guys also not having enough caulk to get the job done.

I'm sure you ran into the issue of IKEA not using phillips screws, but instead they use JIS. It kinda fits a #2 philips, but cams out easily.

The heat from those inverters will be a welcome source in cold weather. Make sure to screen the floor output for insect invasion. What make & model of inverters? They look quite large.
@TheTechnoBarbarian2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I plan on reversing the airflow to use the inverter as a passive heater. Vent will be capped with a screen. Inverter is a Growatt 24v 3000W all-in-one (solar charge controller+inverter)

When u reverse it in winter maybe vent it into the shower to keep it toasty
