Full TEAM Basketball Workout With a Local High School Team

Full team basketball workout. In this video we went down to Douglas high school to run a full team basketball workout. The workout touches on all aspects of the game and was completely small sided games focused. We did a host of team ball handling drills as well a team shooting drills. The drills consisted of contested finishing and shooting drills that train the skills these players are going to need in season, while also training the decision making component along side it.
If you are a coach looking to develop your players in season these drills are great for you to try and use in your practices as a basketball coach to keep your players sharp during the season.
