I'm gonna be customizing for at least a week before I take a snap in the game! 🤣I was hesitant to buy this game in previous years because it looked weird. Same with Axis Football. But this year it looks damn good and I'm anxious to get to it!

Supported Maximum thru each year's purchase. Customization is definitely awesome, but ya gotta show me some gameplay. I don't mean 30 seconds worth. If they believe they've got a great product, you should release more footage. Even if 50% better than the last iteration of Maximum, I'd buy it.

I had plans to make my own custom pro league when this game drops, but apparently on release it’s gonna be college only. Kinda bummed but now I can develop stars to go into my custom pro league I guess. I won’t do much customization on the college end as I think making 24 teams for the pro league is gonna be exhausting enough.

Yet ps2/xbox/GC era customization allowed the color scheme changes to be reflected in the logos. This is a meh all around.

It won't be a Madden killer, BUT if this is customizable to the point of modders adding in NFL stadiums, true NFL uniforms, etc. maybe it will decrease Madden sales a bit and push EA to make a better game... OR EA could just buy them out and shut it down/file endless injunctions with their army of lawyers. I think the latter. Madden is EA's cash cow, and there is no depth to which they won't go (short of making a better game) to ensure their monopoly.

I would love to see EA try to sue them. You can’t sue someone for creating a sandbox customization game. If EA sues and fails it would prove that they had no reason to remove player customization from college football 25.

@@MonarchEAS In the US, you can sue anyone for anything. Mind you, this doesn't mean you'll actually win.. but in EA's case they don't need to. Just bankrupt their competition from legal fees to defend themselves from the lawsuits, or shut down the game to save the company. Shady, but perfectly legal.
