Poor Tammy, the danger was outside and inside her house, laying next to her on her own bed. And now her own children stick with the enemy within. How sad!

1:30: This attorney has a most unfortunate manner to treat the witnesses he question . Someone might throw a shoe at him one day and he won’t have to whinge about it . He might say ‘ that’s ok , that’s ok ‘ and get a second shoe 👞

What did her son in law report???? Did he say the guy had a rifle????
@SuzanneBarthelemy
@SuzanneBarthelemy 4 ай бұрын
He said it was a paintball gun but he had run over there when he heard her scream, and was probably inside while Chad was trying to convince Tammy that what she described sounded like a paintball gun, and encouraging her to do a few Google searches for paintball guns. So then Joe leaves early and goes back to his house to get his phone and reports this paintball gun story. Then a while later, Tammy also calls 911 to say the same. I think it’s obvious Chad convinced her.

It would have been really helpful if we knew which guns she identified as similar-looking on Google. Or, if they got a detailed description of how it looked to her. Some hoppers are very conspicuous, while others could easily be indistinguishable from a scope in the dark.

I just went through this sentencing today. I here by say the judge did a great job. He could have listened to Mr. Thomas, sp, and provided this woman a lighter sentence. But as the Judge reviewed the acts that the defendant committed he was correct in committing her to life without parole. As per the defendant's statement, she would have done better to keep her thoughts to her self, but then had she done this we many have never know just how crazy she is.

Excellent job by Prosecution hands down. Chad’s Attorney made the error of coming out of the gate like a raging bull, and I believe put the Jury off immediately with his attitude. Attorneys that badger and mistreat witnesses leave the taste of sawdust in one’s mouth. One of the defense attorneys only knows ONE objection.....”I object, this is turning into a NARRATIVE”.🙄 Poor little, quiet, duckling, baby chicks loving Tammy......she did not deserve to have her life cut so short. He’s tried it so many times and been shot down again and again! Switch to something that makes sense! They’re not narratives.....the one in the beginning of this video was only the detective giving his credentials! Bad move. But Chad IS guilty, so I’m certainly not blaming his attorneys for the verdict.

I found the most infuriating when Prior acted stupid in an attempt to make himself seem more humble. Those stupid questions like, "I'm never going to get the name of that town right" or "I have trouble pronouncing..." He'd been on the freaking case for years already. As if he doesn't know the towns and names and expressions? Dumb. Imbecile. By the end of the trial if he tried to ask one more person if they knew Melanie Gibb, I was going to go crazy. And WTF IS "KIDDY KORNER"? The expression is "KADDY KORNER". I wanted to slap him.

@@cherylbutler2452 Really don't think so. I've had that feeling towards many a defense council so I believe it's our own human morals that make us think that bc we can't believe anyone would defend a Chad even for money.

@@cherylbutler2452 What I did think to myself was...Why wouldn't Prior advise his client to at least PRETEND to have SOME emotion? I mean, Jeez, how could he not pick up on that they jury was crying/the people attending had tears and allow Chad to remain completely stoic? That definitely goes with your theory.

When Prior makes the point that Tammy went inside (where Chad was) and googled paintball guns for about 10 minutes before she called 911 (but she didn’t google guns! /s) why doesn’t he realize that makes it more likely that Chad and Joe Murray who had come over were probably guiding her to do those searches to convince her that it was only a paintball gun. Her own kids later testify that she never played with paintball guns and neither did any of her kids. God Prior is so snide. I hope the prosecution is able to pick this up on redirect somehow.

Prior dwelt so long on the fact that it was a paintball gun that it made me think about it. Tammy didnt know guns, and no one could believe that someone really wanted to shoot them. The prosecutions evidence that alex bought black clothes and 41 guns with some very similar to paintball guns. Prior is alway either bei g really annoying or drawing attention to things better left alone.when he says ok it puts my back up

Wait, what? I completely disagree. He seems to be lacking background in a lot of areas, and he comes across as deceptive, sardonic, and ingenuine. I think he's bad enough that I'd worry about the slim possibility he appeals on ineffective counsel. Really, the thought occurred to me
